Where to start. As soon as I walked in the building, staff greeted me friendly. I stayed for business but they made my experience here.Warming. the rums may have been a little outdated, but the service definitely made up for that. The one that touched me the most was Ms. Thompson. The woman that works the breakfast, she is just an amazing angel. Every day, no matter what day it was holiday Mondays, she always came in with a smile on her face. And if you came in with the frown, I can guarantee you you left with a smile. I think the company really needs to recognize her for her hospitality. Next time i'm in saint louis.I'm booking this hotel just for this reason.

This staff is unbelievably rude. The manager on duty was an absolute jerk. Jason, I think was his name? The rooms were decent but we won’t be back because this staff is the worst hotel staff we have ever dealt with.

The staff here is very friendly and super helpful! Shout out to Jason, in particular, but they were all great!
My sister had a back problem and they all jumped in to help out.

The only thing that this hotel has in its favor is the location. The staff clearly don’t care - from housekeeping to the front desk. When bringing up a repeat issue, the front desk clerk said “go ahead, complain” so he clearly doesn’t give a hoot and/or knows nothing will be done.
The worst part of a family trip was this place. We are familiar with other Hampton properties and have seen well-managed ones.
