  Very nice size rooms, Very clean and comfortable. Front desk Very friendly and breakfast had nice variety. This location easily accessible from interstate 55.

  Overall decent, and I would stay again if I couldn’t find another decent hotel for cheaper, but I did want to express some thoughts. The jacuzzi bathtub was really honestly gross. I luckily brought bleach with me, already expecting that the tub wouldn’t have been cleaning properly, but it still took away from the relaxation of the experience. This would not have bothered me as much as it did had that jacuzzi tub not been such a selling point for me. With that being said, assuming this is likely a big reason why people would upgrade to a king suite, the tub/shower should be properly cleaned every single time. As a professional housekeeper, I know that properly maintaining the cleanliness of a tub that it regularly cleaned takes a whole 3 minutes of physically cleaning (not just spraying chemical and rinsing). Some ick coming out of the jets is understandable to an extent, but the amount that came out, the rings of filth around the drain and jet button, and the visible soap scum with a ring of discoloration left in the tub was excessive to me. Again, as a housekeeper, I understand that it is hard to ensure your cleaners are doing what they’re supposed to be doing, so I can’t hold the hotel completely responsible as a whole, but definitely urge them to reiterate to their staff how important it is to ensure the shower/tub are touched every time a room is turned over. Additionally, the room smelled a bit off, a bit like dog strangely enough? I was able to adjust to it, but it was very much not the normal hotel smell you’re expecting. I was happily surprised that the blankets and pillows did not have the same aroma, or I was nose blind to the smell by that point. It was also advertised in their photos that they served turkey sausage for breakfast, and I’m unsure if their breakfast selections change, but I was extremely disappointed as I cannot eat pork and that was genuinely the one thing that made this hotel stand out to me from the 3 others in the same area.

  We've been to hundreds of IHG hotels. This was by far the best one we've stayed in over the years. Clean, excellent staff, great location. Just overall an excellent experience here that has stood out to us and has had us recommend them anytime someone is near. We always say if we pass by anywhere close again; this is where we will stay.

  Workers were extremely rude. Wouldn't open the lunch room that closed at 1030 at 9:45 for VB kids to eat pizza with parents. Had issues with cards working the rooms. Horrible experience. Extremely unaccomendating and rude.
