I called the Hampton in Cape Girardeau and spoke with a delightful young woman named Tonja. She checked to make sure that the motel did indeed have ESPN and that there were no problems with streaming. I thanked her for her troubles, and she told me that all of the employees there are dedicated to making sure their guests have a pleasant stay. Our stay was great. The bed was comfy and not rock hard as many motel beds are. Everything was clean and quiet. Staff were great. For motel breakfast, the breakfast was good. Give Tonja a raise, she is a great asset.

I had a stained pillow case and they offered to remake the whole bed, but we declined the offer and just replacd the pillowcase. The whole room was clean and comfortable. And my husband was happy to find they offered biscuit and gravy for breakfast! The hotel definitely deserved the awards they have earned. Oh and they had evening cookies for guests! šŖ
