Expedia said $25 pet deposit. Assuming, get back with no damage because DEPOSIT. Even called and was told $25 day of. It's $75 and kept. Expedia hasn't "updated pricing yet" but it is listed as $75 on their website. That is so expensive and a huge jump.
Indoor pool was freezing. Most kids lasted less than 10 minutes.
No complimentary breakfast.
AC was cool but the room felt... damp?
$237.36 for 1 night with 2 queen beds and 1 dog. Insane.

Booked a reservation one week prior to staying. Took a screen shot of the pet policy showing $25 per pet and also received an email confirmation stating $25 per pet. Showed up to check in and the individual at the front desk (Bobbie) said the fee is $75 and that the websites have now been updated. I asked her if she would honor my reservation confirmation stating $25. She said she would need to call the manager. The manager (assuming it’s Derick Charles) told Bobbie no right then and there over the phone. I said then I will need to file a compliant since this is false advertising. The manager on the phone heard me say that and then told Bobbie I can’t stay there and my reservation has been cancelled and that I would have to contact the third party (Google price ads) to get a refund. I asked Bobbie who she was speaking and they must have told her not to disclose their name because she wouldn’t tell me. I was puzzled and confused. I have never had this happen before. I was asking Bobbie how do I get my money back that they took for no reason. She could not help me. She said I would need to leave or she would call the cops. No customer service at all. I walked out to my car to try and process what just happened. After a couple of minutes I walked back in to ask Bobbie who do I contact to request a refund since my reservation only had their contact information. She said I need to leave. Right then, the manager Derick Charles which is not at the location was watching the cameras and called Bobbie to tell her he will call the police. What a big miscommunication. This hotel should not take my money for false advertising. I contacted corporate guest relations and they will be investigating this property and giving me a refund. Poor customer service and communication at the physical hotel. This hotel does not know the definition of hospitality and how to de escalate a situation but to escalate it in a negative way. Guest relations on the phone was great to work with as they created a case and will look into these two individuals.

The stay wasn’t comfortable after a few days once we noticed the GM manager would never greet us or seem to want to talk to us. But we stayed and minded our business and then when we left we started getting dings for a span of two days after we have left the hotel. They charged a total of $912 one for a pet fee that we NEVER EVER HAD IN THAT ROOM. $500 or smoking fee in a room WE NEVER SMOKED IN. $250 for a juice spill in the freezer, and then was yelled and had the phone slammed on us when we called for answers got hung up on three different times by The GM his Assistant and the Lady. They are definitely scamming for money but we are getting our money back we work hard for our money this place needs to be investigated

This hotel completely misrepresents its pet policy. The website and app both list a $25 pet fee with no mention of price changes based on pet weight. However, we were charged $75 for our 20-pound dog, and staff justified the higher charge by saying the price “depends on the manager’s discretion.” We were told one thing at check-in and another at checkout — a bait-and-switch tactic that feels dishonest and predatory.
To make matters worse, the property smelled terrible throughout our stay, and the level of professionalism from management was appalling. Even after showing proof of what was listed online, the manager refused to honor the advertised rate.
We are Diamond members who stay at this brand frequently, but after this experience, we will NEVER return and will be canceling our brand credit card. Be warned — depending on the day and who’s working, you could be charged anywhere from $25 to $150 for a single night with a pet. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
