    Checked in on new years eve and the card readers not working for all of the rooms. For the price of a crown plaza it shouldn't ever be an issue to get into the room.

    I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I had been traveling from South America for over 24 hours, and when I arrived I was ready for a shower and the bed. The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Kristie, was so friendly and accommodating. She made the process quick and easy and fulfilled my requests. The rooms was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic.

    Garage for airport parking! I waiting an hour after calling them THREE TIMES trigger for a pick up. Clown show. Just hire the pro such as Parking Spot or Super Park. They don’t miss a beat.

    We had a very disappointing and stressful stay at the Crowne Plaza. Upon arrival, there was no heat in our room, maintenance came and did sowmthing. It took four hours for the temperature to even reach 64 degrees, which was extremely uncomfortable—especially while traveling with a baby. We had confirmed in advance that the pool would be open until 9:00 PM, yet it closed early, which was frustrating after planning our evening around it. Most concerning was the crib that we arranged ahead of time. It was not assembled properly, and our baby fell through to the floor, with the mattress landing on top of her. This was frightening and completely unacceptable from a safety standpoint. The following morning, the shuttle left without us because we were not five minutes early—a rule that was never communicated to us. Finally, the front desk experience at 5:00 AM with a staff member named TJ was extremely unpleasant. He did not look up or get up to assist us. We had to walk over, lean down to read his name, and ask for help, all while he appeared annoyed and uninterested in doing his job. Between the lack of basic comfort, serious safety concerns, poor communication, and unprofessional staff behavior, this stay fell far below expectations. We will not be returning.

    The people here saved our stay, they were extremely nice every time we came across someone. However, the hotel is VERY DIRTY! Every floor needs a deep clean, the stairs look like they haven’t been vacuumed in months in the main lobby area. There is mold under the peeling wall paper in the bathroom, the window seals etc, dust everywhere. Our room specifically smelled like a musty aquarium. The beds are as hard as a rock, I slept maybe 3 hours tossing and turning. I definitely don’t recommend if you want something clean and a good night sleep.
