- MGMadeleine Gaines3 days ago1.0The room had literal blood stains on the carpet, on the tub, and on the lamp. We asked them to come clean while we were gone, came back and it was still there. We did ask to get a new room and the room we got was blood free, but the sheets clearly had not been changed from previous guest. There was a magazine under the pillow with someone’s personal information on it. The staff was SOMEWHAT helpful at least. Great hotel if you love sleeping in dirty beds and looking at blood.

We had a balcony that looked towards the runways of Lambert and overlooked the hotel's beautiful fountain and pond with blown glass accents. Our room was spacious and welcoming. The only complaint I have is the Wi-Fi for the television was so bad, we could not watch it.

They made sure I was able to meet the shuttle not only at the hotel bit also the airport. If o could give a higher star rating I most definitely would. I will be staying here anytime I have to travel.

My husband got threaten by ice while he was minding his business in the lobby’s when one of them came and threatened my husband to go to his room! My husband’s looks shouldn’t be a reason for him to be a target. All 5 ice agents escorted my husband to his room and told him not to come out or he will be arrested! My husband is an American citizen and travels for work! The manager or staff did nothing but let ice scare everyone away or get threats!!! I’m very disappointed and disgusted with this hotel! Please stay away from here!!!
