  I’m not usually one to complain, but the conditions in room 431 were disappointing. The shower ceiling has significant water damage, with paint bubbling and peeling badly. The bedsheets were very worn, with patches and stains, which felt unacceptable for a hotel stay. On top of that, noise from the pool area carries directly into the rooms, making it difficult to rest. I hope management addresses these maintenance and linen issues soon.

  Was first greeted by Miranda who was amazing! When I tell you she was super accommodating and amazing! She alone gets 5 stars! Her customer service is elite! The hotel was clean and relatively quiet. This hotel has an indoor pool and gym on the Lower Level that was pretty nice! The breakfast buffet was good as well! Great service and food. The only issue I had with my stay and it was a big one for me, Hot water. For whatever reason the hot water kept going out. Was told that an engineer was working on the issue each day. The water would seem to come back, and within seconds the water would turn back cold. Unfortunately I did not experience a hot shower in this hotel and had to shower at my parents hotel down the road. I really wanted to rate this hotel higher because the staff was amazing and I know they can’t help with facility issues. This should not be way reflect on the customer service I received, just wish I had hot water.

  The place was beautiful and very clean. My room included a very large flat screen tv. My room was very clean and quiet for the most part, I was on the first floor which I usually don’t like but it was very convenient if I just needed to go to the desk or the cafe. And it was quiet for the most part, the bar got kind of loud at times, but there were doors that they closed and it really helped. The only thing I have an issue with was room service, they brought the food in plastic containers which was very disappointing and the food wasn’t seasoned very well. I love getting room service because it’s special I think they need to go back to using real dishes and silverware. The customer service was really good the staff was exceptional very professional and kind. I will definitely stay again. Thanks for making my mini vacation so nice.

  Only stayed here one night, to catch an early flight the next day. Quick easy access to the airport, and they offer a shuttle. Staff were very friendly accommodating. Clean, bright,and quiet. It is starting to show it's age though.
