Nice hotel if a little dated. Pool area available just off of the lobby. A large seating area near the restaurant is also available for gas waiting for airport shuttles or just congregating near the bar. Of the bars hours however are a little odd. Hotel offers buffet style breakfast for "some guests" depended on method used to book your accommodations.

Location is good if your needs are close to the airport area. We were downtown, our original hotel was garbage we left before breakfast and we got in late like 2 or 3 am. This hotel was busy and pretty big. It's main area probably needed a bit more attention but you could tell they were understaffed. The staff that was present during our stay was phenomenal. The front desk duo was top notch. They were definitely overworked, but had great attitude and were beyond the definition of hospitality. We are in all areas of the country for work and they were on the top tier of service. My room was exceptionally clean especially because it's a high traffic hotel, close to the airport and hosting events at the banquet rooms. Nothing was out of place or old. In the room the only complaint is they didn't replace the coffee service in the room adequately. Breakfast was fine only because it was included. I definitely wouldn't pay $20 per person for that. The price was excellent considering we just landed up here because of a horrible hotel downtown. (It was only about $15 more per night vs the train wreck.) Overall I wouldn't hesitate staying here for any reason even with the extra travel involved.

We arrive back from a meeting around 4pm break for dinner. My hotel room was open. Not clean, no trash emptied, no clean towels. But some one had been in the room and left our room lock on so it wouldn't lock. When ask the housekeeper she said got rude and said that's not one of my rooms. And then said don't talk to me. The supervisor came and really did nothing to help. I don't expect much but leaving my room open, and no close by is so disappointing.

I’m not usually one to complain, but the conditions in room 431 were disappointing. The shower ceiling has significant water damage, with paint bubbling and peeling badly. The bedsheets were very worn, with patches and stains, which felt unacceptable for a hotel stay. On top of that, noise from the pool area carries directly into the rooms, making it difficult to rest. I hope management addresses these maintenance and linen issues soon.

Was first greeted by Miranda who was amazing! When I tell you she was super accommodating and amazing! She alone gets 5 stars! Her customer service is elite! The hotel was clean and relatively quiet. This hotel has an indoor pool and gym on the Lower Level that was pretty nice! The breakfast buffet was good as well! Great service and food. The only issue I had with my stay and it was a big one for me, Hot water. For whatever reason the hot water kept going out. Was told that an engineer was working on the issue each day. The water would seem to come back, and within seconds the water would turn back cold. Unfortunately I did not experience a hot shower in this hotel and had to shower at my parents hotel down the road. I really wanted to rate this hotel higher because the staff was amazing and I know they can’t help with facility issues. This should not be way reflect on the customer service I received, just wish I had hot water.
