I booked a 1-bedroom villa. The actual place is much darker compared to the photos online. Management should prioritize changing out the lights; the dark rooms make the place look eerie. The side of the bed next to the window smelled like urine, probably from the carpet. Friday night at 11 pm, water started leaking from the ceiling where the hot tub was. It stopped leaking when the upstairs guest turned off their water. They decided to use the hot tub at 1 am and it started leaking again. Did not get a good rest from the commotion from the guests above us. I lost $8 for the bowling alley, the game malfunctioned and took my money. No workers were to be found.

We stayed in grand 1 bedroom condo. It was beautiful well cleaned. We sat on the deck and watched the wildlife in the woods and water. Our condo overlooked a waterfall. Was so very relaxing. Speaking of of relaxation... the king bed was sooo comfortable. The hot tub in the bedroom was nice. The rainfall shower a very nice touch. Bring your own food and drink. Plenty of room in the kitchen for everything. Pots pans glasses silverware all provided. Even a nice lil washer n dryer for your clothes to refresh. I would highly recommend Westgate. They offer timeshares, but we were not there for any of that action. Just the stunning views and numerous activities in the area. But mostly the relaxation it offered was just what your low batteries need .

Stayed over the end of Spring Break weekend (March 20-22, 2026) in the One Bedroom Deluxe Villa.
Pros:
• We were received with lemonade and a "Spin the wheel" game. Wish I remember the name of the guy, he was very informative and had a very good energy.
• The hotel is located just 10 minutes from Silver Dollar City.
• It's a gated resort.
• Ask for the parking permit (need to go to the Concierge counter to get it), after check in.
• Ozark Fun House: Has an arcade, rock climbing and play area. Mini golf outside. They run many activities for kids.
• They have a Marketplace store where they sell pizzas and have a mini grocery store from 8am-8pm.
• We loved the very spacious 1 bedroom Deluxe Villa! Full kitchen, 2 pull out sofas, King bed, private balcony and very big bathroom (all the appliances and jetted bathtub were outdated though).
• If you use Chase points, we were able to use the $50 annual hotel credit and for 3 days/2 nights (Friday to Sunday) this property was 16,098 points or $201.23 (after the $50 annual credit from Chase), doing it through Chase Travel Portal.
Cons:
• Check in is at 4pm, we arrived at 4:30pm to be informed that our room (1 bedroom Villa Deluxe) was not ready. Room ended up being ready at 6:10pm.
• We knew the outside pool was closed for the season, so that didn't bother us.
The indoor (not heated) pool was open, but it had a very strong bleach smell.
• The shower floor in the villa needed replacement (see picture), looks dirty.
Shower head will soak you in your face, need to be adjusted before going in the shower, cause in the angle it is, if you open the shower door, all the water will get outside the shower.
• Jetted bath tub was good, but the turn on button needs replacement.
• Guest next door, kept their TV very loud all day. That was very annoying!
• The dishwasher and washer/dryer machine were sooo loud! We couldn't do laundry and use the dishwasher at night, cause we had someone sleeping in the pull out sofa, and they were insanely loud.
Overall: Was a good stay. Yes, the room appliances could definitely have an upgrade and the villa could use some soundproof addition.

Everything was fun and beautiful. We felt safe and never really even needed to leave the grounds if we didn’t want to. In the Marketplace (onsite grocery with fresh pizzas,a Starbucks, beverages for adults and ice cream for all. The most amazing woman named Ms.Paula waited on us and at one point the place was slammed!!!! She was making pizzas, scooping ice cream, making all the Starbucks drinks (not simple orders either) ,running the register and she never seemed to break a sweat!! I was so impressed with her positive attitude and overall work ethic!!! She could’ve easily used some help, but this queen didn’t need it,that’s for sure!!! Thank you to Ms. Paula and everyone here at the resort for being so lovely and welcoming. 10/10
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Westgate at Branson Woods! From the moment we arrived, everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfectly located to enjoy everything that Branson has to offer.
The accommodations were fantastic—spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our room had everything we needed, from cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel just like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that the resort prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction.
The amenities were outstanding. The pools, hot tubs, and recreational areas were perfect for relaxing and having fun. There’s something for everyone here, whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple. The surrounding natural beauty and serene environment made the stay even more enjoyable.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience and made us feel welcomed from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Branson, Westgate at Branson Woods is an excellent choice. I will definitely be coming back—it’s easily a 5-star experience from start to finish!
