  Rooms were clean and staff was great. The furnishings and finishes felt more like economy lodging than Suites. Pool area was nice. I stayed because I got a deal on my travel app, but I wouldn't pay full price for those accommodations. If you're looking for a clean place to lay your head that has a few fun things for the family to do on site, this is your place. If you're looking for luxury and comfort maybe not.

  The property was nice, quiet and clean, but the rooms were extremely dated. While clean, everything seemed old and definitely well worn. And while I understand for safety purposes, to have the grounds well lit at night, then if you’re going to do that, it’s highly recommended to get better window coverings. The blinds in our master bedroom didn’t even shut completely, and a few that did shut completely throughout the apartment, were so thin that it was still so bright in there at night. It was a bit uncomfortable changing in the rooms with the blinds not shutting all the way. The staff were kind and accommodating when we needed items which was very nice, and it was very nice to have the game room and the 18 hole mini golf course. We did notice when we would take showers though, if the hot water was on for any length of time, it had a very strong sulfur smell. And we had accidentally left two outfits there, I knew specifically which drawers we left them in. We contacted the hotel and they had us fill out a Lost and Found form, but it has been almost a month and they state they have not found anything. So either their staff did not check/clean out the drawers And new guests took our clothes, or the cleaning staff decided to keep them for themselves. Lastly, the TV in the living room was turned up to full volume, and we could still barely hear it. It did not help that the walls were so thin we could hear people talking and watching TV in their own rooms

  We have been coming here for many years now, we are local so it's convenient and cost effective. Over the years it's been great for what we need a little out dated but we never cared. We know they switched hands to Hilton owned now so we were curious to see what all had been done to the place. This was our first year doing a vacation instead of lots of gifts on Christmas so I wanted it to be as fun/nice as possible since we were staying local as well as not doing gifts! We also ended up getting the 2 bedroom this time as well since we were gonna be there for a week and I wanted the kids to have their own space. Anyhoo I called up to the property(a little late 😬) the day before and asked if we could possibly get a room close to the pool and possibly close to the bottom floor (keeping 3kids quiet for a week IMPOSSIBLE) the girl on the phone was helpful ish but ultimately said there was nothing she could do that we were on the 4th floor... I was ok with that considering I called last minute. Fast forward we check in at 3pm on Christmas eve it was busy and they only had 2 people working the front I figured it would be kinda rushed because I know they were trying to get people checked in, but what I saw was the complete opposite Janell at the front desk was AMAZING (needs a raise if you ask me) she not only took her time finding us a different room she also didn't seem rushed or irritated while doing it she kept apologizing for taking so long, which wasn't necessary because I was so grateful. She managed to find us second floor beautifully renovated room 5 feet from the indoor pool!!! Then filled a bag full of nessesities for the room so we wouldn't need to get out for anything.. To some this may not seem like a lot but for us it made our first "MEMORIES CHRISTMAS" one to remember!! Thank you JANELL. I hope you had an amazing holiday.
