- NNNam H. Nguyen5 days ago3.0My first time in Branson and the location of this BW is best to help me explore down town Branson. I can see the facility is old, probable had been renovated twice. Old carpet! I can even see the vents and dust, which had not been cleaned for sometime. I ordered and paid for single room, with jacuzzi. Sad to say but during peak morning hour, the water was not hot enough. The staffs are nice!

- PPPinkLightningOct 22, 20253.0Calling this hotel a Plus compared to a regular Best Western is a stretch. Overall its a nice hotel, but compared to other Plus locations, this one is not great. We normally choose Best Western because the rooms tend to be very nice for the price compared to other hotels. This location seems to be about the same quality as the other Best Western locations in the area for about $40 more a night. My only major complaint about the room is that the pillows very well worn down and very very flat. The door for the room did not latch unless you gave it a good shove as well. The pool was pretty bad. We were hoping for something a little nicer. I guess I should've looked at photos before I booked. Breakfast was very good though, the ladies managing/maintaining it in the morning were awesome. I don't think I'd stay again for the price I paid, but its better than a lot of the other hotels in the area.

- KLKellen LawrenceOct 13, 20255.0This was a nice hotel for the money. Clean, plenty of towels, excellent breakfast and breakfast service. In fact, the Breakfast crew was fantastic, nice, and very thorough with cleanup. Breakfast area is small and gets packed very quick, so get there very early and you'll be okay. Otherwise you'll have issues finding a table. A/C was slow in the room but eventually cooled off. The pool/hot tub were nice and the pool was just warm enough to swim. This location is challenging to enter and exit with a vehicle due to Branson traffic. Be prepared to wait a good few extra mins each time you leave/arrive. We would for sure stay here again though.
