It was fine the first night that we stayed but the second day night while I was in the restroom a roach crawled across the wall. I didn't want to think much of it ai I just killed it and went on about my business. When I went and laid in bed I could shake the feeling like bugs were crawling all over me. That is when I got up and started getting my clothes and things back in my suitcase because I was scared roaches would start crawling in them if I didn't. When picking up I seen a baby roach crawl across the dresser. That is when I freaked out and woke my husband up at midnight to have him help me get our belongings into our vehicle. I called the front desk and explained what was going on and all they could offer was roach spray. We were in a pickle because we booked with branson.com and couldn't get any money back from the hotel (mind you it was midnight so we could get with branson.com either till morning) so we took the roach spray and doused the room and said a prayer. I could not sleep all night long. The staff was nice but I would not recommend this hotel if you want little friends sleeping with you.

- JBJessica BirdOct 26, 20252.0This may be my least favorite BW property I have ever stayed at. Location was fine, within a walking distance from several attractions and shops. Breakfast is the highlight. Adored the waffle makers! (I hate that several hotels have moved to those automatic pancake makers) The breakfast area is small so head to breakfast early or try your luck at securing a table. The room I received had carpeting that was beyond disgusting. The bed was so hard I didn’t sleep well at all. The toilet and shower are a tight squeeze. Thankful I saw no infestations as some reviews have stated though wouldn’t doubt it happens at this property being so close to other businesses and the gaps seen in the door frame. There was a strange odor in the room but I attributed it to the carpet that 1000% needs to be ripped out and replaced. The room was in need of some remodeling and was not the cleanest. In no rush to return to this hotel. All staff I interacted with were nice and polite.
