  I normally try and find the good in most places but I could not make myself give this location more than a 2 star. We booked with another party 2 rooms for three nights for a quick golf getaway. I called when I booked and again two days before arrival to request rooms close to each other. Each time I was told no guarantees but they would try. They must not have tried too hard as we were not only not close but in two different buildings! Tried to get them to adjust to be closer but they said they were booked to the max (even though the parking lot stayed empty the entire time we were there and only not more than 6 persons were at breakfast when we went in the mornings). Okay, we will make the best of it. We needed ice so we went to the ice room to only find it did not work, was about 100 degrees in the vending room and a dead rodent had the room smelling so bad you could not go in. I went to the office and was told I had to go the building two if I wanted ice. Later that evening we went down to the public area to spend some time with our friends. We asked that they turn on the tv since the march madness games were on and found out that storms took it out several weeks earlier. I then tried to charge my phone since it was running low and found out that the charging outlets in the counter also did not work as well. As for the rooms, the front door had to be closed hard or it would randomly come back open, same with the bathroom door. The rooms are very dated and in need of repairs. Our room had a fridge but no microwave. But if you needed a microwave, you could go to the office or to the laundry room. Really? Go to the laundry room to cook your food? On a positive note, the location is fantastic. We made do with what we were given but I would have to say I would never stay at this location again.

  My stay at Best Western Plus Landing View Inn & Suites was very enjoyable. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to many attractions in Branson, which made getting around really easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night, itt made for a good night’s sleep after a long day out. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. The breakfast was also a nice bonus with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable place to stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

  Upon arriving, the WiFi was not working, phones were down, and the Google business number is disconnected. The building is old and ran down. The absolute worst part of all of this, is you can hear traffic on the main road as if your door is open. The door seal is not shut along the entire side of the door where the latch is. How in the world are people supposed to sleep or have peace? How is this not been sound proofed given it sits very close to a very busy road? I included a video with audio. Door is completely latched. I've stayed in several Best Westerns and this one is by far the worst, oldest, and most run down. I'll never stay here again.

  Rooms are nice. Kids stayed next door, wife and I stayed in the penthouse. Pros: Jacuzzi and deck overlooking downtown Branson. Rooms in good condition. Trolly stop at hotel is a big plus. Indoor pool was clean and opened late. Cons: Breakfast was closed at 9am No food or juice. Only coffee. Some guests had an apple and banana. Jacuzzi was dirty. Jets needed cleaning, rusted knob came off in my hand and pubic hair in the tub. Staff was kind enough to bring spray cleaner down where we could use it! Offered discount that never happened. Best advice is to bring drop in cleaning tablets. Fill tub and run for 15 minutes and drain. Don't depend on cleaning staff as they are not onsite!

  The noise is AWFUL! Yes the pool is 24hrs. We were put a few rooms away from the pool so the screaming kids are ridiculous. It's after 9pm on a Wednesday night. The slamming doors people running up and down the walkway screaming. No consideration for anyone. Yes it is the parents fault not the hotel but still. The staff don't give a crap about anything. The pool when we went down about 5pm was disgusting and dirty. Says heated but was cool not warm at all. Room was stuffy but clean. It's a place to sleep if we can with all the noise. We will be leaving first thing. Did notice out of service signs in the breakfast area. Hopefully the noise calms down or the staff will step up and do something about it if it gets too late. Definitely won't be staying here again.
