  Do NOT stay here with your children! This place is not as advertise. Pool- cold & gross. Game room- doesn’t exist! It’s now a bar with slot machines. Free breakfast- Not free! They give you a credit towards a breakfast & a sit down restaurant in the hotel. Overall, looks like a place out of a horror flick. Smells moldy, carpets in hallways are stained & ripped up. Table in room was broken. It’s really a shame they’ve let this place go because the location is great

  Fantastic stay at Best Western Branson Inn. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Great value, quiet atmosphere, and a location we’d happily choose again next time.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place had problems from the very beginning. First off they keep the doors open to the outside so the hallways are freezing! Also..people from the streets can walk in at anytime..no security measures in place. We came here with intent to swim for the kids. Pool was absolutely freezing..hot tub looked like it had been broken for some time. Contacted front desk ..said they would have maintenence look into it...she called and said he would be in to fix that night. The next day the pool was even colder! There was hair in the bathtub...hotel breakfast was cold and the crappiest breakfast ever! We contacted corporate...basically she said too bad. Please do not waste your money staying here. Worst place ever.

  The location was perfect in the middle of everything! The service was unexpectedly very well. The rooms at first look was breathtaking and then what took my breath next was all of the hair and dead skin under the sheets the bathroom, yuck the beds very nasty yucky nasty 🤢 pool looked like a community bath tub. But the is plenty of parking on a tilted hill.

  RUN! DO NOT STAY HERE! Mold, dirty sheets, socks from previous guests found, water stains, cobwebs, spiders, broken chairs, flooring coming up in handicap room, UNPLUGGED phones, freezing pool, and a manager that can’t give you a phone number for anyone higher to speak to. We changed the sheets ourselves. Our handicap room received a phone call at one point, which roomed our dementia grandmother who had no idea what was going on and my grandmother said no to changing rooms—obviously. They didn’t call the number on file. We took a broken chair to the front desk and never got a replacement. We took 2 out of our 4 rooms telephones to the front that were unplugged and never got a replacement. We never got a call, note, nothing from a manager. She offered a 12% discount at the end of the stay, that was LESS THAN $50 a room. She could not provide a phone number for someone higher than her. When a fifth family member spoke with her, she guaranteed a phone call Wednesday from the owner. Did we get lied to? Or will we receive a phone call? We stayed here because it used to be clean, well kept, and it’s close to SDC. Never again. There are way too many other hotels to choose from—hotels that care clean, have a nice pool for a family, and even a breakfast that is all you can eat buffet. This place is not worth the hassle. I’ve tried to upload my photos twice now and each time it disables my whole post? Odd isn’t it?
