  Stayed in room 306. Bed quite squeaky and you could hear every footstep from the guest in the room above you.

  – Room 306 We stayed in room 306 and overall had a mixed experience. The good: The room itself was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and the common areas were well maintained for the most part. The not so good: Unfortunately, the bed was extremely firm — so much so that we hardly slept and woke up with back pain. This was one of the biggest downsides of our stay. In the bathroom, we noticed mold in the shower, missing grout in areas of the floor, and the toilet paper holder was barely attached, which made the space feel neglected despite being otherwise clean. Noise was another issue. You can hear almost everything from the room above, including footsteps, and the ceiling creaks noticeably when people walk, which was disruptive. The lamp on the dresser would only flicker and the floor lamp did not work at all. Breakfast was just okay — not bad, but nothing memorable or above average. Overall: The staff and cleanliness were definite positives, but the comfort, maintenance, and noise issues would make us think twice about staying again unless improvements are made.

  Great staff wonderful breakfast clean rooms i will return
