    Got in late Friday night our room had a sticky liquid soaked into our carpet asked the front desk to clean it while we were gone the next day they never did. Our room at 5am started blaring this deafening loud fire alarm or something ONLY IN OUR ROOM. I went to the front desk and they had no explanation for what it was, but were able to turn it off. The next morning at 5AM THE SAME EXACT THING happened no one else’s room was like this we got to bed late and had to be up early and are appalled how little the staff cared that a nuclear reactor type sound was going off in our room at 5am. Again no explanation just a small “sorry maintenance will be here tomorrow” great use that is for us. Had a brief interaction with Regina and she was so sweet. For only needing a place to sleep this was miserable. Edit: After reading other low score reviews, I ask that the manager (or whoever responds here) not reply with a basic AI generated, copy and paste response. If management has nothing genuine to say, please do not reply at all.

    We arrived really late because of a wedding. I thought the staff was quite nice. The breakfast was great lots of variety and selection. They did a good job refilling all the items. The rooms are pretty good. The blackout curtains were a little confusing. We did not know there was a thicker blind for the sun until we left lol . I will stay here again. This is good value if you have family in the Belton Lee Summit area or if you want to watch the Royals.

    I have tried to be patient with the management staff rectifying this problem. I get nothing but BS. My husband and I stayed her for 3 days while we sold our Belton home. This hotel was very convenient. But thats it. I requested a roll in shower accessible room. Needed because I'm in a wheelchair. First thing was they gave my reserved first room away but they had another. The room at first was OK and within hours it smelled like a disgusting wet dog. The cleaning crew came in and sprayed the carpet with a freshener. She told me that they know about this smell. She left the spray bottle for us to use. Why didn't I change rooms, because I had to have an accessible room. When checking out I told the front desk how it was. They apologize and said they would add 35,000 points to my hilton honors account. It's been two weeks, and three calls and no points were given. The front desk just keeps codifying me when I call to check the status. I recommend NOT TO EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
