  Excellent hotel, clean, friendly staff! I work at the local hospital and stayed at the Holiday Express during the New Year holiday. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was really touched by the warm cookies in the afternoon on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. It was a nice touch. The rooms are clean and modern. The cleaning staff is excellent, and the stay overall is great. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The Mav Grill is within walking distance, as well as a short drive to other eateries/shopping areas. I highly recommend the hotel if you are in town for pleasure or business.

  ✅ Clean ✅ Safe ✅ Quiet I travel for work a lot and there is good reason I choose the holiday inn every time. The room was spanking clean. The amenities just made sense for a business traveller. A proper closet, ironing board thats tall, desks that are wide, an iron that gets hot, a coffee machine that works, and outlets in the right places. My only gripe was shrinkflation in the towels. Ive noticed there were significantly smaller and less fluffy than they used to be. Such a pity. The towels are one of my favourite parts of staying in an IHG property. Shoutout to Pat at the front desk who gave exceptional 5-star service every time I visited. She is fantastic at her job!

  Had a great experience with both my room as well as with the staff. There were some issues that were completely the fault of the 3rd party In which I booked my room. Estefani, the receptionist, went above and beyond to figure out my situation and get me my room. I couldn't be more appreciative of her help as well as how kind and courteous the entire staff was.

  Gray customer service in the morning and in the day when I first got here a lady named Patrice Rocha wonderful customer service she helped me understand everything and I became a member that same day she's amazing

  My stay at this hotel was really disappointing especially for being a Holiday Inn. The walls were extremely thin which isn’t not an easy fix I understand but I could hear conversations and noise from other rooms to the sides and above me all night not a good thing if you are looking for a good nights rest on a weekend. There was no guide or instructions for the TV, so it was frustrating trying to figure out how to use it. When I tried calling the front desk from the room phone, no one answered. Just gave a busy signal. On top of that, the towels in my room were slightly stained. Breakfast was very bland. Housekeepers was also extremely loud in the hallways in the morning, making it impossible to get any rest. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable or satisfied with my stay and definitely wouldn’t return not a fun way to spend 2 days. Lastly after being offered a late check out to my travel partner who is a member we still had housekeepers knock on our door so communication needs to be improved. Responses to reviews on here seem to be very repetitive and not personal which could be done better rather than just copy and pasting the same thing. The lady who checked us in the morning was very welcoming. Great location as you are right next to most food options, numerous stores and gas stations and easy to get on and off the interstate. I wish I had a better review but there’s room for improvement in most areas.
