- AGAlexander GoldFeb 5, 20264.0Decent hotel, standard accommodations, variety of breakfast items, coffee was tasty and the machine was easy to use. Hotel was clean and well-kept from what I could tell. Pool area is a bit small and offers no hot tub.
- NRNafis RashedFeb 2, 20265.0I had to do a 34hr rest waiting for a JBS load decided to treat myself got out of this Minnesota weather with a pleasant room very pleasant hostess/cashier ☺️ (Great person - Patrice )Everything you may want was in walking distance, Wally Mart different foods etc.( didn't mind walking heart strength we spend hrs sitting in a Semi) haven't had the breakfast buffet yet will try it in the morning. Safe travels everyone. Stay grateful and focused on Jesus 💪🏿💯

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was really touched by the warm cookies in the afternoon on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. It was a nice touch. The rooms are clean and modern. The cleaning staff is excellent, and the stay overall is great. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The Mav Grill is within walking distance, as well as a short drive to other eateries/shopping areas. I highly recommend the hotel if you are in town for pleasure or business.

The amenities just made sense for a business traveller. A proper closet, ironing board thats tall, desks that are wide, an iron that gets hot, a coffee machine that works, and outlets in the right places. My only gripe was shrinkflation in the towels. Ive noticed there were significantly smaller and less fluffy than they used to be. Such a pity. The towels are one of my favourite parts of staying in an IHG property. Shoutout to Pat at the front desk who gave exceptional 5-star service every time I visited. She is fantastic at her job!

Estefani, the receptionist, went above and beyond to figure out my situation and get me my room. I couldn't be more appreciative of her help as well as how kind and courteous the entire staff was.
