Smooth check-in. Great service. Friendly and helpul staff. Housekeeping staff went above and beyond to help with wheelchair accommodations. I'm not sure og her name but she helped me all the way to the room and took back the cart. And made sure the wheelchair was put in the room before she left my side. So Thankful. Clean and spacious room.

We discovered a questionable bug on the sofa mattress, and to the front desk’s credit, the receptionist immediately moved us to another room. Unfortunately, in the second room we found no fewer than seven ladybugs on the windows and walls, even though the windows were closed. Once again, the receptionist was kind and appreciative of how calmly we reported both issues.
However, my conversation with Michael (manager) this morning was extremely disappointing. His dismissive comment that “it wasn’t a bedbug but some sort of tick” showed a complete lack of professionalism and concern. It was not a tick either, and frankly, I would have been just as alarmed if it were.
What’s worse is that compensation wasn’t even offered until I asked, and when I did, the manager offered a mere $17 for the inconvenience. That gesture, paired with his tone, said a lot about how little this establishment values its guests’ comfort or experience.
Customer service is more than offering a room change; it is about accountability, respect, and genuine care for guests’ wellbeing.

We found a questionable bug on the pullout couch mattress, and the front desk receptionist quickly changed us to another room.
Then, we found no less than 10 ladybugs on the wall and ceiling in our second room, and the windows were closed.
When I was finally able to talk to a manager this morning, he nonchalantly said that "it wasn't a bedbug but it was some kind of tick." Well it definitely wasn't that either, and I would've been as equally freaked out if it was.
Listen, I live in the country and, I'm not afraid of the bugs. I am; however, very disappointed with the manager's solution to only compensate us $17 for the inconveniences. With one night costing over $200, Unlike many others, I was kind when reporting both issues.
