  A wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, the room was cozy, and the location was perfect. I would happily stay here again.

  The facility itself is nice and the rooms are generally good, but even those come with recurring issues—clogged bathtubs, body lotion put into soap dispensers, and other careless oversights. Room prices keep increasing, yet the breakfast selection keeps diminishing, with items frequently running out long before the advertised end time. Unfortunately, the real problem is the front desk staff, who are consistently unfriendly, inefficient, and at times outright rude. Important details are routinely missed, and notes they claim to enter into the system are simply not there. Late Checkout process is a constant failure: it doesn’t work through the TV, it doesn’t work through the front desk, and it still doesn’t work even after repeated verbal confirmations. The lack of communication and professionalism completely undermines what could otherwise be a decent stay.
