- ABAC B5 days ago4.0Nice kitchenette woth dishes and pots, as well as a dishwasher. Plenty extra pillows and linens. They gave me a discount because I was there for a family member in the hospital so that was super kind.

No attempt to make it right other than saying “we will notify housekeeping to clean better next time”. There was also pet hair all over the brown top cover and we never received a new one when we asked. Will not be returning ever.

Sound traveled through the walls, interrupting my sleep when neighboring guests awoke at 5 a.m. and turned on their TV.

The staff is friendly and you hardly need them because they keep what you need fully stocked. Put up the DO NOT DISTURBED, and you will not be disturbed. It feels so private. The atmosphere is just inviting and comfortable. I've stayed a week at a time and it feels like home after day 2. I won't go anywhere else. Too good of a value.

The hotel also has people living there which are probably on some sort of assistance. The elevator reeked of tobacco and marijuana smoke. This hotel seems to be deteriorating quickly. I travel to St Cloud annually and will be staying away from this hotel in the future.
