  The room could have used a little TLC and the complimentary breakfast could use some updating, but the staff were friendly and any issues were resolved quickly. Very convenient to downtown and the convention center. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

  Rooms are hit or miss. Our room was clean but our daughter's family stayed in a pet friendly room that they questioned if it was even cleaned. It definitely wasn't vacuumed because they had to ask for a vacuum to vacuum up chip crumbs all over the floor. They were given the vacuum to clean it up, but i would have thought they would have cleaned it up fur them. There shouldn't be crumbs all over the floor when you check in, if the room was cleaned.

  Room was dirty. Dog found old food on the floor and ended up getting sick from it.

  One bedroom, has a kitchen, bathroom and a hide a bed in the couh, both the living room and bed room have Tv's in them. It has a hot tub, swimming pool, exercise room, and a laundry room that takes quarters so you can do your own laundry. Conveniently located across the street from, Chipotle, noodles and company, toppers pizza, the great dragon buffet, beaver island brewing company (a bar), the wine store, malibu tan, movies ect, dominos pizza a chase bank and so much more around!

  We arrived at 10:30 pm as we traveled from 4 hours away after work. The parking lot had several strange people hanging out and standing near the entrance. When we walked in the person working at the counter was very friendly and helpful. There were several people hanging out in the lobby who eye extremely intoxicated and one had a dog that was not very friendly. Once we got our keys we got into the elevator that reeked of marijuana and the elevator screeched and squeaked making sure us nervous about how well it worked. Once we got to our room it smelled very strongly of a male cologne smell. Almost as if cologne was spilled on the furniture. It was very off putting and it was sting the entire stay. The bedding was clean but there were stains on the couch and the odd framing behind the tv was broken and hanging off the wall with nails exposed. Positives: staff were friendly and helpful, good location, and great price point. Negatives: strange smells, stained furniture, and drunk and high people loitering inside and outside the hotel. Internet was not secure.
