    Filthy room overcharged had reservation in wrong month and weren't going to give us a room charged full price at check in instead of at end of stay didn't give promised discount. Pool and hot tub not working and area full of ants parking ice and piled with snow had to shovel ourselves to have any parking spot. Booked king suite had no pots pans cups kitchen and bathroom were filthy. Got moved into a room where carpet was shredded and it wasn't a king. Breakfast was terrible can't find members number won't be staying here again.

    I can't rate my room and location experience yet but I did want to jump on here and shout out to Emily. My reservations were incorrect from a previous agent and when I called to double check on them, not only did Emily catch the errors, she committed to fixing them after she was done servicing the line of guests in front of her. The reason I am writing this is because she went the extra mile and called me back later that day to confirm all had been corrected. I also received confirmation emails from her. Thank you, Emily!

    Rooms Need to be re Done with all updates for mattress and bedding. Kitchettes need to be gone thru and updated with freshen cupboards - clean towels and cleaned dishes and not towels left in the cupboards from leaking sink and then smelled when we arrived

    Positives: Location, price, staff, description, clean rooms, great snack room/vending, easy walking to Down town, close to campus Negitive: snow removal, low shower pressure and loud howling, Bonus: Pizza till 3am next door and Brewery.

    Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, and great location for surrounding restaurants and bars. Went to St Cloud for the hockey game. Good location to easily reach campus.
