I paid for one night and called days ahead of time to extend my trip to two days. When checking in the staff member assured me even after asking multiple times the second night had already been paid. There was only 1 to 2 employees working the entire time, usually very rude except for one night member. I needed an extra set of blankets and batteries each time had to walk completely across the hotel to get it myself, even though I had my twin 2 year olds with me, mind you I was also prepping for a procedure. The room was disgusting, littered with old food on the floors, hair all over, multiple times had to stop my kids from eating god knows what on the floor. Broken arcade games, and some white substance all over the floor outside of the hot tub area. After leaving, I had a message from the billing department, I contacted IHG multiple times and said the issue would be handled, I still have yet to be contacted. They charged my credit card i used for deposit and additional 195. Still have not been contacted issues have not been addressed or handled appropriately or with customer care in mind. Location is good. That's all I can say for this place.

I stayed on 2/27 and 3/6. I paid on Priceline for both stays. So far I’ve been charged an additional $197, $348, and $498. I keep getting told different stories with a promise of a call back that doesn’t come.
I was told to dispute charges with bank even after showing my receipts and confirmation numbers with payments.
Called again tonight and was told they aren’t sure what to do but they are busy so they needed to get off the phone.
At this point I’ve had to lock my card to stop random charges.

My wife, son, daughter-in-law, grandkids, and I stayed here for a stay-cation. We really enjoyed all the pools and arcade. The pool and arcade area is huge and wasn't crowded. The rooms are nice and we'll kept. Access to the building is a bit of a struggle from the highway. Legends, tge attached restaurant, has really good food.

We recently stayed here after driving 8 hours, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing from the start.
Prior to arrival, I spoke with two separate employees who assured me we could check in anytime after midnight without issue. When we arrived, we were told we had to wait because the hotel was still operating on the previous day’s system, followed by an additional 20–30 minute wait due to a shift change. After a long drive, this was extremely frustrating and could have been avoided with proper communication.
At check-in, we were unexpectedly charged a $150 deposit per room. This was never disclosed when confirming our reservation total, so I had only budgeted for the quoted amount. I understand incidental holds — I work in hotel management myself — but charging per room without prior disclosure is excessive and should be clearly communicated upfront. We were also told deposits take 3–5 business days to return, yet there was no documentation of this hold reflected on our invoice.
Other issues during our stay: • Our three rooms (all booked together under my name) were spread throughout the property.
• Visible trash around the playground and exterior areas.
• Extremely strong chlorine odor in the pool area.
• We were initially placed in the wrong room and housekeeping attempted to service it while we were inside.
• Our room keys were deactivated during the stay.
• No final receipt was provided at checkout despite being told it would be emailed.
Some staff members were friendly, and the Caribou Coffee team was polite (though limited in options and hours). However, many employees did not acknowledge guests at all.
As someone who manages Front Desk and Housekeeping operations, I understand the challenges hotels face. However, transparency, communication, and consistency are basic expectations. Unfortunately, this stay fell short in multiple areas.
I hope management addresses these concerns for future guests.
We shall see if I get my deposit money back!
Great place for kids, needs more seating options for gathering.
Quality not worth your money!

We come here quite a bit bc it's enjoyable for the children. The property is conveniently located near everything. The floor boards in some rooms are coming up but the rooms are nice. The biggest problem is THE EVENING STAFF "NEVER" PICKS UP THEIR PHONE. I even called multiple times from my cell phone as well. They will let it ring, ring, ring until you hang up. The only way to reach them is to walk to the front entrance. This is nor a small property so it quite a hike from their suites. This very annoying and ridiculous. Once we extended our stay and to person didn't write it on their list. Another time expended our room we requested housekeeping but they never showed. I called and of course no one picked up so, I hiked over. I was requested cleaning supplies to clean it myself and more towels. That was the only way it was getting wiped down and towels replenished. This is ridiculous. We don't have problems with any other hotel being at the front desk or answering the phone. It screams laziness and we are really considering going back to the other chain. Where the staff actually work at night.
