We paid over $7,000 for two nights for 17 rooms, and the conditions did not meet basic safety or hospitality standards.
The chlorine levels were excessive—to the point that guests experienced burning eyes not only in the pool and hot tub areas, but inside our rooms as well. Out of the 17 rooms, 11 reported eye irritation, indicating a serious air quality and chemical exposure issue.
Additionally, flooring in some of the suites was coming up, which reflects poor maintenance and raises safety concerns.
At approximately 4:00 AM, loud music was being played from the hot tub area. There was no front desk staff, no security, and no after-hours management available. I personally went to the front desk and found no one present. With no staff assistance available, I had to get out of bed and address the disturbance myself.
We are not frequent complainers, but this stay involved health concerns, facility issues, and a complete lack of overnight supervision. Given the cost of the stay and the number of rooms affected, a refund or partial refund is warranted.
Management should contact us directly to resolve this matter.

So this hotel is HUGE. It has MULTIPLE pools and game/arcade rooms. There is a restaurant onsite but theres no free breakfast. Theres also a small caribou coffee inside by front desk with very limited hours. Warning- the parking lot is very confusing and big. To get to front desk you have to go to backside of building. Also all rooms have VAPE DETECTORS. So if you vape on premises-you will get an expensive fine.
Rooms are average. Not super big and decent but not anything extra special. The front desk staff was there but not very helpful. Overall id say due to multiple pools and entertainment events it’s a 4 star. Could be five if they had better staff and rooms.

Nice venue and staff overall. Might want to hire a few more clear english speakers. The on site caribou coffee had staff straight off a boat from somewhere... Got everything wrong...

We’ve stayed a few times now and every single time there’s somehow a wrong charge or a mistake made that affects our billing. This last stay I caught it at the front desk during checkout, I was assured the issue was resolved, fast forward a few days and the incorrect charge is still on the card. I’m not talking a $20 mistake it’s well over $200. I’ve called the front desk and was given the run around, it’s always my banks fault or I must’ve booked through a third party (I have only booked directly) I finally asked to be transferred higher up to resolve the issue, there was no answer and the voicemail box is full.. I’m extremely frustrated this has been such a consistent issue here, buyer beware, make sure to double check your charges against your reservation information and make sure you ask for a hard copy receipt at checkout!

I booked my stay for 1 night on their website. The stay and their facilities were fine and as expected. 10 days after my stay I got an email saying that I had stayed for 8 nights and it attached my receipt. I called the hotel and talked to a manager and she refunded my 7 extra nights but was not able to explain why the extra charges occurred. I didn't think much of it and was just happy my card got refunded. 2 weeks later I had $844 charged to my credit card and called again to inquire about it. The front desk person couldn't look into it but said the manager Gina would look into it for me and return my call. She never returned my calls. I called back 2 days later and the same front desk person answered and remembered me and said Gina would be in at 3pm and also gave me her email address. I asked the front desk person to have Gina call me back when she came to work for the day. I also composed an email to her detailing my issues with my confirmation number and asking her for a call back. My email and calls were never returned. I called back 2 days later and a different guy said he could look into it and said he saw a lot of strange charges but didn't understand them. He said he would get with his manager and call me back later that night. He never called back. I called back again and he said it would have to wait for Gina to call me back. I asked for a copy of the charges to emailed to me and he said he would. He never did. I called today to talk to the GM Brad, the front desk person said he was in but not in his office and offered to send me to his voicemail. I was then transferred to his voicemail and it was full and not able to accept new voicemails. I tried calling the front desk back, but the phone rang for 2 minutes and then hung up on me, I tried again and the same thing happened. I waited 10 minutes and tried calling again, but it still rang for 2 minutes and then hung up on me.
At this time the issue is still unresolved.
