Heck my cellular service is better than their Wi-Fi. But I will update again during my current stay. Curious to see breakfast. Breakfast was decent they mixed it up between omelettes and scrambled eggs. Good choices. The Wi-Fi did work but was a hit or miss, could be probably due to the amount of guests in the WiFi. Overall. Stay was good. Wish they could update the wifi signal/ speed.
- TRTalia RadkeNov 9, 20251.0Recently stayed here for a week. Upon the week I stayed I kept up with the tidiness of my room. Throwing my trash away, and getting rid of used towels ect. Only used one bed so my room was fairly clean upon check out. However I did happen to leave one bag with my bedding, a couple other miscellaneous and one very sentimental, irreplaceable item. I called two hours after check out asking if I could return for my items and was told the housekeeper and thrown them away. I was willing to go through the trash for my sentimental item that meant the world to me. However, the trash guy had come at 12:00 that day and my items were gone. I’m heart broken and beyond upset they couldn’t even hold on to my items for 12 hours. It’s a shame that the house keepers have such little care for personal belongs left behind. Not knowing the situation in which it could’ve been accidentally left. Please work on properly training your housekeeping staff. You think they would have more care and regard for things being left behind.
- MMMelissa MeyerNov 1, 20255.0This hotel is fantastic!! We stayed here in October 2021 and it was great then. We just stayed again on October 11-13, 2025. The hotel was very clean. Our room was the same big room we stayed previously. It has 2 separate bedrooms which we really love. Our room was just off the elevator so we didn’t hear alot of commotion in the hallway. We were on the top floor which is also nice. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. They had a pancake making machine which was cool and a lot of different breakfast options. There is coffee available in the lobby all day. The pool area was also fantastic and upkept very well. I think when we stayed before the hot tub was being worked on but all areas of the pool were open. They have a huge pool area with a regular size pool, a smaller 1 foot deep pool, and a good size hot tub. It also has a large seating area with a ton of tables and a ping pong table. The pool area is not hot or humid and doesn't smell strongly of chlorine which was really nice since I was just observing. This hotel is also located in a nice area of St. Cloud that feels pretty safe. We will stay here again and again. We hope the quality and service stays top notch at this location. Thanks for a great stay!

My room was missing an oven, but I was able to use the one in the common area. Other than that, it was a nice and quiet place to stay. Room service was great, and the staff were friendly and awesome.
