- JMJieqi MeiNov 15, 20255.0We booked around 11pm & initially called Homes2. After comparing rates with dog fee, we decided on Hilton Garden Inn since rates were a little better after talking to the Hilton booking agent via call. Both Homes2 and Hilton Garden are under the Hilton umbrella so I was able to use my membership discount. There is a $75 pet fee in which is for a fee for the entire stay (they do not have a per night policy, which thank god and I hope they don’t implement that ever). Check in was great. We got here before midnight. Lady was nice and seemed like she was training someone new. She answered all of my questions and overall provided great service. Hotel is also clean. Pool is from 7am-10pm. Unfortunately our room did not come with breakfast but you can buy it for $15/person. I feel like with the rate, it should come with free breakfast. Lastly our room was also spacious for our two dogs and two adults. Would book again because this location has a check out time at NOON which is a huge plus!

They gave my reserved room to a walk-in prior to my arrival. Horrible service! No other rooms available. Best Western accommodated me and gave me a discount and apologized for the other hotel. Will not stay at a Hilton anymore.
