I had an incredible stay at the Best Western Plus in Arden Hills, MN, thanks to the outstanding guest care team. Molly, Andi, Helen, Sherry, Josh, Alivia, and Jacki went above and beyond to make me feel truly welcomed and valued. Great staff all around. Josh and Sherry at checking made great conversation. Flor made a wonderful breakfast. Jen in housekeeping had a great smile when we asked for more towels.. we were only sad about leaving, can't wait to come back.

Room is comfortable, however cleanliness leaves something to be desired! Found a slice of toenail on top of the comforter, black hair in the sink (i'm blonde) more hair on the bathroom floor. Overall I found the hotel comfortable and appears clean but closer inspection finds it disgusting. They definitely need to upgrade their housekeeping staff if this is the type of work they are doing.
