- SPShaya PandaApr 19, 20261.0I wanted to like the afternoon tea here so much. Took my aunt for a surprise with another friend and the service was awful. We sat there for at least an hour and did not get tea. The wait staff would come over to the room quick and dissappear shortly after. Definitely will not be back for the afternoon tea here.

My husband and I enjoyed the half hour dance lesson and the music from the 17 piece band. The atmosphere was wonderful and it was such a fun theme. On asking they say all hotels only have heating or cooling turned on and they have cooling turned off at the moment. I couldn’t sleep all of last night too since it was hot and I am struggling in my room. They say only option is to open the window or they can provide a fan. Recommend staying at a different hotel if the temperature is going to be hot in April.
- CCCourtneyApr 13, 20262.0I wanted to love this hotel, but for a 4* hotel to not allow you to use the thermostat is rough. I'm a warm sleeper and I need a somewhat cool room to be able to sleep... It was 80 degrees today and even with the windows open I feel so hot. Everything else is so nice, but next time I visit I'll have to pick somewhere with an AC unit I can utilize that actually works so I can sleep.
