  I didn’t actually stay here but I made my annual visit to the Agate Swap. It was awesome again with great vendors and dealers - tons of beautiful stones, gems, minerals & merchandise. The hotel commons looked clean and neat. Good location.

  Not a typical Best Western Plus room I've ever stayed at. Small, dark, and super noisy. The bed linen, and bathroom were clean. Two of the three workers I dealt with were great. One definitely needs to work on people skills. Bathroom so small, I had to step in the tub to shut the door. Fridge was not cold, never did chill as I needed. Went looking for ice, machine was on a different floor. No breakfast available. That was a first as well. They did offer a 10% coupon for the restaurant attached. Not worth the price, which actually was on a 'flash sale' as it was stated. To be fair, the pool room looked massive, as did the hotel. It was clean. Which is what one wants. Sound proof would have been nice too. Maybe the other floors had better rooms, views. Mine definitely had a basement/ old form room feel.

  Easter brunch at the Kelley Inn was the most biggest letdown, poor quality food for $40 a plate. The seafood pasta had one shrimp in about 2 pounds of pasta, way too much garlic seasoning. Prime rib was well done. The hollandaise sauce and the eggs Benedict was nonexistent and the English muffin wasn’t even toasted and served raw. The service was poor as well, considering I didn’t get water or my glass of juice until after I had my first plate of food eaten.Our family has been going to the Kelly Inn for Easter brunch for close to 20 years and I’ll never go back again. Done

  Room is a little dated. My bathroom door the veneer is coming off. Cleanliness not too bad but a little dusty.... Dust is made up of shedded human skin and other. Hardly anyone was checked in at 7pm based on the cars in the parking lot. Now then parking sucks at least trying to get to the parking lot. Tight squeeze for an f150. I had to drive back out and ask the desk manager , she was really helpful.

  This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I paid extra for early check-in, and that part worked fine. Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill. The hot tub area was a complete disaster. It was packed with unattended kids screaming, splashing, jumping in, and kicking other guests. There are signs posted everywhere saying children are not allowed in the hot tub, yet the staff clearly doesn’t enforce it at all. When I complained to the front desk because we were literally getting splashed and kicked, I was told they just needed a parent present. That completely ignores the rule that’s posted all over the area. The hot tub itself was also falling apart. Only two jets were working, and then the last functioning jet started blasting cold water. It did this for about 10 minutes before I finally called the desk. Judging from other reviews, this has been a known issue for a while, which tells you everything about how seriously they take maintenance. Then the next morning, the pool and hot tub were suddenly closed with zero warning. Between the broken equipment, lack of rule enforcement, and poor management of the pool area, this place felt neglected and poorly run. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not stay here again.
