- JNJennifer Nelson3 days ago1.0The hotel is very nice! They over charge by ALLOT and will not give you anyway to discuss the over charges! It's $20 per vehicle for underground parking yet I was charged $80 instead of the $40 as agreed upon! I should of had $33 dollars in food and drinks charged too my room. It was $73 charged instead! This is the 2nd stay at this location and the second time I've dealt with these issues with this same location. The first time they fixed the issues. This time I'm being given the run around and no one will talk to me. They send me to a 3rd party reservation line that had zero control! Do not stay here unless you want to ripped off!

Sharon always makes sure all the food is delicious and that everyone has what they need. She works really hard and does a great job. Definitely one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Just an example, I got my husband a cup of orange juice, she noticed it looked watered down & said “oh my don’t drink that, it needs to be switched out”. She not only switched it out, she brought him a fresh cup of OJ right to his table!!! Above & beyond the call of duty. She is really on top of that breakfast area!!!!
- BBBonita BramanteMar 15, 20265.0Great location , great staff , great rooms. Shuttle to Mayo . True story , I missed the shuttle so was going to call a uber . The manager say wait a second calls upstairs then tells me he will bring me just wait out front for him. I thought how kind that he was going to drop me on his way out , nope when I got back to the hotel he was there working . He left just to give me a ride to Mayo. That is going way above and beyond for service . They have free laundry you just provide your detergent. Plus they have socials a few nights a week for guest with free wine and beer and a dinner. My only complaint/ suggestion to the hotel is to work on the food at the restaurant more choices , And a better burger , ditch the frozen patty and make a fresh beef burger.
