- BCBill Crews2 days ago1.0First need Better front desk experience all folks both days were not friendly I asked & received 2pm late check out on checkin, but got back at 12:30 pm the next day my key cards didn't work When I asked about parking needing extended. the woman got surly that I should have already got QR Code - which I did, but I was wondering if it needed to be reset but I was totally dismissed by clerk YET I got stuck at exit gate! The parking ramp is so tight full size trucks should bot be allowed Got hemmed in by two huge pickups Nasty It seems Indigo brand is for when Holiday Inn Expresses get 'tired' The lumpy mattress & weird combo of sheets & blankets I did not sleep well Plus the water glasses(sic) were so flimsy that one couldn't hold the plastic without the thin plastic contracting& spilling the water - coffee pot didn't work only half a cup. Platinum amenities were a non existent joke! I have another CC Free night reserved in December to give you all another chance

No limpiaron una vez en toda la semana la habitación, teníamos que pedir las toallas, y que saquen la basura. Se notaba la falta de personal, en general. Una pena para lo que cuesta, podrían mencionar que no limpian las habitaciones como parte del servicio así tomó decisión de ir la próxima vez. Busquen otro hotel si van a estar más de dos noches. El room service no funciona bien, tú tienes que bajar a pedir la comida. No ofrecen desayuno, cosa que está bien. El internet funciona bien, en fin eso. Saludos

The room was beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of soft fluffy towels and the zenology products were beyond excellent. Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. The shining star was Crave Restaurant next to the lobby. I would go back just for this. I really enjoyed this hotel and highly recommend it.
