Staff are always kind and welcoming. Rooms have always been clean each stay. Great pink flamingo shuttle! It is in great location, close to good restaurants and the hospital and church.

If you need to be seen at the Mayo Clinic this is the place to stay!!! The EVEN hotel was the best experience we’ve had traveling in years. All of the staff is polite and helpful. It’s extremely clean with a modern fireplace that is lit daily. The pool room itself is warm and heated so stepping out of the pool or hot tub is nice. There is a shuttle bus running daily to St. Mary’s and the Gonda Building for Mayo Clinic. St. Mary’s was even working 2 block walking distance and is right down the street. The bus driver is full of spirit, smiling and laughing and the bus is decorated with her favorite flamingos. She even dresses in pink and was such a delight. Breakfast is totally worth paying for. It’s about $15/plate but includes steak & egg bowls, omelets and more. We will definitely stay here again!

Nothing here is clear. Feels very scammy. Huge parking fee to use their garage. Have to park 6 blocks away in a bank parking lot even though they have a huge half empty parking lot for employees only across the street. Also not running the shuttle. Here for Mayo and probably will be several times throughout the next few years but will never stay here again.
Asked for top floor, didn't get it and am on the side with a really loud busy street. Nothing but loud exhausts and car stereos.
Cannot recommend for any reason. Try another in the area

Stayed here for my appointments at Mayo. Staff is impeccable, hotel is clean and modern, and the shuttle comes multiple times a day to take you back and forth to the clinic. Oh and the free breakfast at the bar is really good as well! I’d stay here again, for sure.

This hotel is great! We have stayed many times for Mayo visits. It is so clean, great location, great amenities, priced more than fair, and very helpful staff. I have to give a great review to Grandma in Maintenance (this is what her name tag said and what she told me, so I am not calling her that in a bad way, lol), but she is FABULOUS. I was trying to hurry to get to the Mayo and ran out of my room with all of my bags, she insisted on helping me. She offered and gave the kind of service that seems a lot harder to find these days, and definitely went above and beyond. I hope she gets recognition for her hard work and extreme kindness in customer service. It's a lot harder to find these days but so important.
