- DUDad of 5 Unknown3 days ago5.0We stay here every time we are in Rochester. I have seen allot of front desk come and go. And some of the front desk employees can be something else this is a very Beautiful place and always clean. I wanted to say that the front desk young lady Mandy is so gracious and radiant smile she is very welcoming and compassionate. She put allot of my wife’s fears for surgery at rest and even saw how upset and with out hesitation asked her if she needed a hug. We have seen her be this way with many guests and always smiling even when guests can be rude. My wife made the comment it made her mama bear claws wanna come out. But she handled it beautifully and she is really a keeper and beautiful soul. We will continue to come back.
- JHJohn HarrieDec 28, 20255.0The whole hotel is clean. The staff is constantly sweeping, mopping and cleaning at all times without getting in your way. Everyone has been kind and friendly. We really like the lobby area, restaurant area and exercise equipment. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. Prices are very reasonable especially considering the cleanliness and amenities. A shuttle runs regularly to Mayo Clinic (Gonda Bldg) and St. Mary's hospital. Underground parking is a available for a modest fee. There are quite a few restaurants in walking distance and there are food options like microwave meals, fruit, snacks and a made to order menu in the lobby/restaurant area. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

After we received our room key we went to our room and walked into the room with people already in there. When we went back down to check in they gave us a new room. When we went to that room we walked in on another couple. This happened a total of 3 times before we received a room that was vacant. How does this happen? After this I didn’t feel safe in our room. The next day we came back to check in and had to new keys twice before we were able to get back into our room. There was also no on site parking. Overall not a good experience.

Setting. I don't know what her name is, but she's a older gal with longer gray hair. Absolutely rude and inappropriate in front of me to me and in front of other customers. Shame on you guys of hiring such people. Absolutely shameful on to you and the establishment. The establishment is beautiful but not with ugly people with terrible attitudes. Absolutely not
