  My son and I stayed here this weekend for a basketball tournament. I was very repulsed after finding blood stains on my pillow case, sheet, and blanket. I was informed by a staff member that their housekeeping staff only changes sheets if they appear dirty. That is unacceptable and unsanitary. We were not allowed to check in over an hour late because they were "cleaning" the room. Obviously, they didn't clean too well! Also, our phone didn't work to call the front desk and our tub didn't drain so I stood in half a foot of water during my shower. It was a gross experience and I will never stay here again.

  First night started nose running and by second day I was unable to breathe, I found black mold, in the unit room heater. I informed the front desk and was room changed. Next room had live bed bugs, I showes the management and he picked up the bug told me he's trained in the matter and it's not a bed bug. I have photos and videos so clear you can see the little bug breathing on his back snug as a bed bug should be. It was the coldest night of the year and I was asked to leave.

  Very clean and nice rooms! The chlorine at the pool was so strong we dint last more than 5 minutes. Eyes burning and lots of coughing. All the kids that were there were also coughing and a stated their throats hurt from the water. We picked this hotel for the pool. Will not be staying again.

  By far one of the worst Best Westerns I have stayed in all of the US. Unless of course you love irresponsible parents who let their children run the halls and stairs into the night screaming and being generally disrespectful of other guests. Staff does little to nothing as parents do a full takeover, ice chests full of beer, taking over lobby areas as if it’s a bar. So if your local hospital recommends staying here during your families treatment, make sure you never stay days other than Tues, Wed and Thurs. Most of the hotel is run down, elevator broke down multiple times during our stay, along with having to change rooms due to broken refrigerator & bed, only to be moved to one with a broken door lock that took 24 hours to fix. Don’t get me started on the bugs. Most of the furniture is broken and pieced back together, likely from the rough use.
