Great service on the evening shift (Isaiah). Day service disappointing. Our card keys for two rooms stopped working at 10:45. No one at the front desk at check out time. Manager wasn’t very helpful. YMMV.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Plymouth on March 16th and had a great experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything you might need, whether you’re in town for work or just passing through. It made getting around super easy and stress-free. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the front office manager, Jordan. He was genuinely welcoming and went out of his way to make sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, he was quick to help and made us feel taken care of. Between the convenient location and the outstanding customer service, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Place smelled like pot smoke on 3 Rd floor, complained 4 times. Manager told me she'd give me points and I refunded, asked for a refund and was denied. They didn't kick out the people doing it till the next morning and the smell drifted our room all night long around the door. She told me That I was in rm 226 and the smoker's were in rm 216 so it shouldn't of affected us. I have a traumatic brain injury and the horrible smell kept me up most of the night and I had important testing with a physician that day.
