- RKRicka KrejceFeb 15, 20261.0Anyone know how to contact the owners of grand stay hotels in Perham Minnesota, the hotel is trying to charge me a stupid ridiculous amount for me leaving towels on the floor saying there was a bunch of spilled stuff in the room there wasn’t and there was ashes in the window, we smoke but definitely not in any hotel rooms I even told them to check there cameras they will see me going out at least 8 times and sitting in there designated smoking area, and we never even touch the window in the bedroom, the only thing we did was use the world pool tub which is the reason I rented the room first and only time I didn’t take before and after pictures of the room! I paid 190 just for one room for the night I just checked out 1 hr ago, we were very respectful, even gave the front desk a 20$ tip for recommending a place for us to eat. When I called to ask why they were charging me so much they said because there was champagne spilled on the walls, there wasn’t we didn’t spill anything. Than when I asked to speak to the owners I got hung up on. I called back and asked to speak to anyone in charge and the lady was rude ended up hanging up on me again. Anyone else run into a problem with this place? Pictures to show how many times they’ve tried to charge me! I would like to speak to The owners and get this cleared up!

The employee who helped with breakfast was welcoming and offered many choices. We left an important item behind and the front desk was accommodating and ensured it was in safe keeping until we could retrieve it. We are very satisfied and would recommend staying here. We stay at many hotels, none nearly as clean and welcoming as the Grandstay in Perham. Many thanks!
