  OMG SHERI IS BACK!!!! Hallway and rooms seemed dark. Even with the curtains open in the room. pool and breakfast area looked clean.

  This Hotel is fantastic. I have been in different Marriott hotels and none match this remote hotel in Park Rapids. I mean clean, housekeeping "platinum" service, very nice people, you feel in home. Absolutely I recommend this hotel.

  I was there the other day visiting a work colleague when we had overheard the front desk talking about a guest who is in need of help for a room along with several comments about the use of their service animals and that they believed he was lying. The hotel itself is Charming, updated, and comfortable but that was soon overpowered by the Consulting comments and the lack of privacy of guests. I was planning on booking out several rooms for my business colleagues but after this display of unprofessional and extremely discriminating Behavior I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend for others to do so as well. I thought folks from Minnesota we're said to be very warm welcoming but I now find that to be a false statement.

  Best Service Ever! Never really liked continetial breakfast but the one here is delicious April and Amanda do one heckuvajob there made me feel like I truly was family. Clean Modern rooms it was perfect thank you!
