- HRHonest ReviewerDec 2, 20254.0I really liked the hotel, cleanliness, all staff were super friendly, key cards work, the pool and hot tub were a great temp, that area didn’t reek of chlorine, there’s a tiny snack store by the front desk if needed, coffee 27/7, and the buffet breakfast was pretty good apart from it being a tad too cool/patties (not good) & the kids! Oh my word there where lots of kiddos, I wish this hotel was for adults only, yet noise wasn’t bad in our top floor room. The dining area should offer a microwave (reheat cool foods & warm cold butter) & an ice machine yet otherwise it was great! The not so good, the TV’s, & mini fridges. The first room we got the fridge was not working right so I tried to put the temp up, & it was hard to find the knob, it was on the back all the way up. Asked for a maintenance person and was told no one was available so we switched rooms, could use a door stop in case as I used my shoe to prop the door open. The new rooms fridge worked well and the TV (could get 50 inch) was dim! Called about that and they said it’s an issue they are trying to get new ones. We had to move AGAIN, as we were staying for four days. The last room we moved to (not easy when your handicap) was great. Fridge/TV worked we thought until the TV went dim there too. My husband finally knew what was wrong, the light needs to be bright enough for the tv to brighten! Never heard of that function yet it’s awful! A good feature, is you can plug in your Roku & gaming system if you like. Also the lamps could be newer with usb ports, yet maybe they plan to get those too. Lastly the hotel is not by many restaurants or gas stations so please be aware. Other than that it’s a very nice hotel, I would recommend & stay again if needed. Would have been nice to be offered a discount for all the switching of rooms; is what it is.
