- EUElizabeth UmanaDec 15, 20255.0Booked this hotel as it is close to the passport agency. I was so happy with the room and service. When I checked it I was assisted by Kimberly at the front desk. The hotel does not have parking but they do valet parking or there is public parking which Kimberly provided a few options. I parked 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was clean, with excellent amenities full fridge, kitchen counter with kitchen supplies. Breakfast menu had a nice selection. Due to unforseen reasons I needed to request a late check out, informed my situation to Gigi and she was wonderful allowed me to have a late check out at 2pm, which assisted me tremendously. As I was leaving I met with the GM Troy and the Edith the Housekeeping Manager. They were so nice and welcoming saying hello and holding the elevator door (I was taking forever). Customer service was top notch, would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.
