- EFEric FosterDec 8, 20254.0Clean and great property. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Beds are very comfy. Great hot water in the shower. Gym is solid with dumbbells, yoga mats, treadmills and 2 peloton bikes. Parking, enter off Marquette street. Take a ticket. Take the ticket with you to the front desk to get validated. Keep the ticket with you, the gate reads your license plate. If it doesn't have the front desk check your ticket. The only negative is the in hotel restaurant. The service is abysmal. One night we waited 25 minutes to have our order taken, after a rush and it was cleared out. Never to have our server return despite trying to flag them down. The next night we gave it another chance. Go to the bar yourself. That's the only way you'll get service. Plenty of walkable options just outside the property.

Street noise comes right through the windows for light sleepers. Restaurant was nice, with view of the concourse. Difficult finding parking garage. Hotel can help, but there were less expensive parking lots a block away. Slightly less expensive paying for parking directly. Wish Hilton would have a hotel rate for those who park and those who don't so it is clear at booking versus a surprise charge.
