They refunded what I paid and charged me nearly 100 dollars more and kept trying to charge my card over and over again. The beds are as hard as the cement. You are better off sleeping on ply wood. I will never stay at this hotel or the Hampton in ever again at this location. Total fraud and sleezyness.

The room was comfortable and a good size, and most importantly, it was amazingly clean. The hotel felt brand new because of its excellent cleanliness. Customer service was very good—easy check-in, helpful information about services and nearby places, and an easy, convenient check-out through the app. I would absolutely stay at this property again if I return to the city. Very good hotel for its location, cleanliness, service, and price.

Emmanuel also made sure my reservation stayed in tact and upon my arrival, Trey provided excellent customer service and assistance. This team is A+ and made my stay great!
