    Pool is being renovated. Breakfast is terrible. They charge for parking. This morning the elevator stopped working. I have the ihg app and am a platinum member as I stay at these hotels regularly. In my prefences setting I request the ground floor. Despite the hotel being almost empty I was put on the third floor. Not a big deal until the elevator stopped working. This stay was bad enough that I requested my company no longer book rooms at this hotel.

    This little hotel was just what we needed after a long day on the road. Our room was clean and bright. After we settled in, I received an email asking if everything in the room was okay. The hotel is located just down the street from a great shopping area with nice restaurants (Chi Chi's!) and lots of free parking. The free breakfast, starting at 6:00 AM, was good. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

    Worst experience of our life. They charged us for two nights when I had booking for one night only. When I called to resolve the issue their manager Torri lied about having video footage and eye witness that we stayed there for two nights. I have Tollway and gas station receipt proofs that I got back to Chicago after one night stay. They charged me two separate times but then claimed that I had two day booking which usually is one bill. Also for my one night stay, they billed me for a suite 2 queen bed room but never gave me a suit. They promised to adjust that in bill but never did. I have been in constant calls and emails back and forth with hotel directly and thru Expedia but they keep on throwing ball in each other’s court. If anyone still wants to book this hotel just make sure don’t give your credit card information to them because they will double or triple charge you since you ain’t coming back to resolve it. So get it on cash only. AND also, DO NOT forget to take receipt when you check out because they didn’t give me one. When I call to resolve the issue, Torri asked for receipt which she knew they didn’t give, so she basically told me SOL.
