Horrible experience. Booked online through super.com and when we checked in they told us they gave our room to someone else. They downgraded us and refused to refund any difference in price. They said we had two contact super.com and super.com says we have to contact the hotel . It's just a never-ending Loop and no one will help you. The room was very dirty in the bathtub didn't even drain. The parking garage was disgusting and the escalator didn't work and we got stuck in the elevator. Horrible customer service. I will never stay here again. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

Each time I’ve worked with events taking place at the Minneapolis Hilton, I’ve been duly impressed. The banquet and hotel events staff are wonderful, friendly, and on top of our team’s every need (both planned and unplanned). A shoutout to the staff working our most recent event: Patrick, Tuan, Matt, Carmen, Michael, and the very talented Chef (plus other staff for whom I can’t recall their names). Thank you providing a great experience for us!

Terrible experience. At check-in we were promised a complimentary room upgrade due to Honors status with “no extra charge.” At checkout, an upgrade fee was added to the bill without warning or consent. Staff admitted it was a mistake but refused to remove it and told us to “call later.” No manager available. Have stayed at many Hiltons, this was the worst. Will not return. Highly disappointing.

Great room & location, but the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. Can't take a few seconds to tell you they don't own the parking & that you need to use the kiosk, but when you ASK ABOUT parking, they just say it's $17 and pull around back.

So, the good - the hotel was pretty modern and the location was good. The bad - let me do the bottom line up front: as my wife was checking out she saw an additional charge for over $500. When checking in, we were told that our King Junior Suite had been changed to a Queen Junior Suite. We asked for the King Suite and the guy at the desk insisted the queen suite was better and we should just go with it. No mention of an upcharge. Thankfully, my wife caught the overcharge and they reversed it. Let's get into this Queen Suite. First of all, these queen beds definitely seemed smaller than any queen I've slept in. Second, there was one end table between the two beds, meaning just one person had a side table when going to bed. Third, the pillows were some of the most uncomfortable hotel pillows I've ever had. Fourth, the suite only had two water glasses - no wine glasses, no cork screw, every other amenity was an additional cost. Fifth, the room also had two thermostats to adjust, which was a little annoying. The room itself also seemed a little outdated that didn't match the price. This might seem a little nit-picky, but I like it when hotels encourage us to re-use our towels. The entire suite had one hook to hang a towel. With nowhere to hang our towels, we burned through them. On the topic of house keeping, the two water glasses provided were never replaced. Given the lack of wine glasses, I used the glasses for wine and had to clean the glasses each day. Another minor nitpick - we stayed on the 19th floor and the 19th floor button didn't light up in a few of the elevators. I get one elevator, but how do at least half of the elevators have the 19th floor buttons not work?
