Located across from the University of Minnesota, our hotel is within a 10-minute walk to Huntington Bank Stadium. M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center are just across the street. There are several trails and parks along the river, and downtown Minneapolis is four miles away. We offer 5,000 sq. ft. of event space and covered parking.

- ZZzoeDec 30, 20254.0I loved this hotel. It felt like luxury without breaking the bank. Our beds were the only thing knocking this from 5 to 4 stars, since the bedding was disappointing and left us cold. A special thanks to the front desk worker Chloe; some of our friends interacted with her and thought she was wonderful and helpful. I saw a review saying there was not room for them to park which was worrying but there is a whole second level so this was not a problem, not sure if they saw that. TV was a good size also.

They seemed short staffed. Location is excellent for the university of Minnesota and they provide a free shuttle to go there. No free breakfast and prices for items were fairly high. Parking a car in the locked garage and super close to the motel was very nice just make sure you get your car ready before you check out our else you will be locked out of the motel and the gsrage. This was very frustrating when it happened to me. Very small pool decent hot tub but could of been hotter but clean. The overall appearance of the property was nice.
