Room was clean, accept for some hair in the corner of the shower stall. Beds are older but comfortable. Small television but adequate. They seemed short staffed. Location is excellent for the university of Minnesota and they provide a free shuttle to go there. No free breakfast and prices for items were fairly high. Parking a car in the locked garage and super close to the motel was very nice just make sure you get your car ready before you check out our else you will be locked out of the motel and the gsrage. This was very frustrating when it happened to me. Very small pool decent hot tub but could of been hotter but clean. The overall appearance of the property was nice.

Worst experience of my life at a hotel at a time when I didn't need the extra stress. My husband is at the University of MN hospital and so the hotel was convenient for walking, however everything else was not. Loud partying at night, filthy carpets and was quoted the University of MN rate but the hotel tried to overcharge me. Thankfully my daughter had verification of our qouted rate and the Asst Manager corrected it at the end but without that I would have been taken advantage of. No contentinental breakfast and over priced meals and drinks. I don't know how they can go by the Hilton name.
