I had an issue with a noisy vent in my room, but Sammi at the front desk made up for it completely. The lobby was chaotic when I approached her, but she handled everything with total grace and professionalism. She was kind, efficient, and didn't let the stress affect her service. She even remembered me the next day and checked in to make sure I was okay. Management: Sammi is a gem and deserves to be recognized!

Had a miscommunication with the hotel front desk, Mr. Ryan kids stepped in and handled everything as professional as possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel 10 out of 10.

The walls at this hotel are paper thin. I heard people walking above me late into the night, and then was woken up around 6am that morning by people waking around me and closing their doors down the hallway. Also, when I needed to print something around 6pm at the business center near the front desk, the computer wasn’t responding so I went to the front desk to ask for help. They asked me to move aside so they could check people in instead, and I had to stand there awkwardly for a while until the other front desk person left their post to help another person in the lobby. On their way back to the desk, I asked them for help, which they provided, reluctantly. I felt pretty shafted. As a silver member, I did not feel like I was treated well at all, and I wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again. I also usually get a water bottle at the very least, and here I was given nothing.

Recently stayed for four nights and the manager on 10/23/25 was incredibly rude and made rude statements and obscene gestures to me when I alerted him to something in the breakfast area. I recommend avoiding this place given the rude and disrespectful staff such as this manager.
