Christian took care of me after I made a booking mistake- he was exceptional, so friendly and so helpful and he saw my issue to its conclusion, 5 star service!!!!!! I hope I get the chance to stay here again.

- KLK LNov 11, 20252.0Way overpriced for what you get. Paid extra for the rooms to get breakfast but all we received was a $10 credit to the room off the breakfast tab which ran about $20 per person. When I checked in I was told we would get $18 credited per adult up to two adults per room. The front desk is staffed mostly with what appears to be college students and their knowledge is very limited when asked questions. I'm not sure what the $30 resort fee was for. It seems like they've provided a lot of entertainment and spaces for college students who just want to hang out so I guess that must be what I paid for.
