Way overpriced for what you get. Paid extra for the rooms to get breakfast but all we received was a $10 credit to the room off the breakfast tab which ran about $20 per person. When I checked in I was told we would get $18 credited per adult up to two adults per room. The front desk is staffed mostly with what appears to be college students and their knowledge is very limited when asked questions. I'm not sure what the $30 resort fee was for. It seems like they've provided a lot of entertainment and spaces for college students who just want to hang out so I guess that must be what I paid for.

I loved this themed based hotel. The check in was smooth and easy with very friendly college students. The entry area offers a great study area with lighting, receptacles for your laptops or tablets. A nice sitting area with a fireplace for those cold days and/or nights. There're a bar, dining area, Starbucks, Dunkin, Top Golf and shuffleboard.
Our room had character, the bed was comfortable and offered refrigerator and small coffee maker. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here. Also being right in the middle of the college you had so much within walking distance, or you could take the train.

Just blocks away from the Universe hospital (the hospital has a shuttle) the service was outstanding! The restaurant food was delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only issue I had was my room had a weird smell and the bottom of the tub was a little slippery I almost fell in the shower the first time then I wiped it down. Again the service was outstanding!!

We’ve stayed at the Graduate Hotel—University of Minnesota several times, and it’s usually our top choice when visiting campus. The atmosphere, fun activities, and location make it a no-brainer, especially for a college tour.
However, during our most recent stay, we were surprised to have housekeeping knock on our door at 7 a.m. Despite being exhausted travelers, we decided to get up after being woken up, go for a short walk, and grab breakfast downstairs. When we returned around 8:45 a.m., our room had already been stripped of bedding and supplies—even though we hadn’t checked out yet and still needed to get ready for the day.
It made for an uncomfortable morning, especially since I have a severe latex allergy and couldn’t linger in the lobby due to latex balloons being used for décor. (Beyond allergies, balloons are also an environmental concern.) I mentioned the housekeeping situation to the front desk, but there wasn’t much they could do other than suggest that I should have placed a “Do Not Disturb” tag on the door.
Additionally, it feels like the beds and pillows have become quite worn since our earlier visits, which made sleep less restful than before.
While I understand and appreciate staff wanting to stay on schedule, the early housekeeping and overall wear of the room made this visit less enjoyable than previous ones. We’ll likely stay again for convenience and familiarity, but I hope management reviews their housekeeping schedule and updates bedding for a more comfortable guest experience.

I stayed here after my husband's lung transplant. Did not plan this as I only live 19 miles away. I asked the nurse if a place there was nearby that works with U of M hospital. Given a list of names and my son made reservations. Wow I was so pleased when checked in that it was so close. Kyle was so wonderful greeting ing me and letting me if anything I needed just phone down. He changed my room to close to elevator. Much better for me. A great room, bed, bathroom. Great decor and bathroom with lots of counter space. A bathtub/ shower with instant hot water. A makeup mirror. The coffee pot looked like teapot. Heat the water and pour over instant coffee 👍. Fridge, ice bucket. The quietest hotel I have been in. No doors slamming, or hearing people above you. Even thou 85 degrees outside, the room was cold. They came and fixed it so room temp at 72 and not 62. I ended up staying 13 days. The restaurant had great food and prices reasonable. I want to tell you everyone here is so extremely nice. They had U of M event along with another that had a lot younger people. The parking was full but I always had a handicap space. Many restaurants near by. Kudos to Chelsey and Kyle for being such spectacular employees. Actually all the staff deserve to be cheered.
