Stayed for NYE in downtown MPLS and had an incredibly relaxing time. Our pup sitter canceled last minute due to illness and the staff was helpful and let our 16 year old pup join our stay. They even set out a dog bowl and bed for her. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Shout out to Kenzie (I think thats her name) the pastry chef who made a special NYE vegan and gluten free dessert for us. It was AMAZING! also shout out to the runner who brought it to our room as well as Rhya or Raya (not sure) who checked us in. Appreciate you all and will be back . Would love to showcase more vegan options for the veg community in MPLS !

Booked a celebration massage for my friend & it was supposed to be paid for under my card I linked on the reservation. Front desk Mary mentioned she needed a physical card which she did not have since I booked it and linked my card online. She was confused and didn’t have her card with her so had to anxiously figure out a way to pay. As a high end experience I didn’t expect her to have to stress about this as I registered everything online. I had to call and have them reverse the charge for them to tell me they should have used the card on file.

I had the absolutely pleasure of photographing a wedding recently at the Four Seasons in Minneapolis. I’m grateful to get to photograph in a variety of locations, and I have to say, the Four Seasons definitely stands out as an absolute treasure. Located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, you’re surrounded by delicious food, vibrant art, a gorgeous rooftop with amazing cityscape views, and beautiful parks nearby. The hotel itself is just what you’d expect- luxury meets impeccable service. I think that is what made such an impact on me- the wonderful service. All the staff that I encountered were so incredibly kind, helpful, and were genuinely happy. It’s the kind of inviting environment you want to be in. It’s an amazing location for a wedding or event! I cannot wait to photograph there again!
