My husband and I had a fantastic time in the executive suite river view room the night of our wedding. The bed was so comfy, they accommodated our special requests, the soaking tub in the room and the huge showers were a dream, the hot tub was so nice the morning after our wedding, and the brunch buffet was so accommodating to me (I’m vegan). Staff are the best part of this place and we so appreciated everything they did for us. Would highly recommend this hotel! Totally worth it-we felt extremely pampered.

A wonderful one night stay! Absolutely lovely hotel with lots to love. Bed was super comfy and room service was top notch. Rooms were spacious and well out, absolutely lovely views as well. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and professional. Special shoutout to Yara for all her help at the front desk. The pool and sauna facilities were a highlight.

All advertising for this event said free valet parking( with a tip understood). I was charged ten dollars and when I asked about this, the worker asked me to prove it. When I did, he claimed innocent and refunded me the money. He had also done this to the party ahead of me and had to refund them as well. If it’s not free parking for the event- say as such and keep your staff updated. It was awkward 😐.

Went to the bar with friends for a Friday afternoon happy hour experience (10/17/25). Asked the 2 hostesses for a seating for 4 and even though there was ample seating available they suggested nearby options for drinks rather than seating our party of 4 in the lounge (the space was literally almost empty). They didn’t even offer to sit us in the lounge and were quite rude making clear we were not the clientele they wanted in their lounge. We were 4 males 50-60 years old. Have had very positive experiences in the past. These 2 hostesses were extremely rude and pretentious.
