Ehhh I guess its good if ur on a budget but it is a 100 dollar a night security deposit, im used to 100 for the stay no matter how long but maybe I just havent been enough places. My room didnt have a light in the room with the beds (room 501). The breakfast was a really small venue and everything was kinda on the pricey side it was like 10 dollars for a single piece of bacon and a single French toast đ I chugged like 4 glasses of milk to feel like it was a bit more worth it. I meet some people at the front desk that seemed upset and we rode the elevator with them to their new room, I asked what was wrong just being nosey and they told me there was poop on the walls of their first room... im glad I didnt get that room lol... Last please notify guests that the cookies that your giving have nuts, my friend is allergic and started to break out because we didnt realize there was nuts till we got to the room.. I probably wont stay here again

My wife and I stayed for just one night for a âdate nightâ. It was very very welcoming to be greeted by the young man at the front desk named Deigo, he was super friendly and very professional! So off to a great start.
We got to our room and the great start set by Deigo slows down as itâs at least 85 degrees, as was the hall way to our room. Our room was clean and neat and whoever the housekeeper was should be recognized!! But it was way too warm! So I went down and Deigo was still on duty, he explained in detail the heating and cooling system and how he had no control over it. He then sent up a box fan, it was delivered by Luis, Luis couldnât have been friendlier and while our stay was short I did see him two more times, entering and leaving the gym, and he made sure to say hello to me! He didnât know Iâm a diamond member nor did Deigo.
My wife and I then ate on property, we ordered a salad, soup, pasta and a steak. All of these items were serviced fast and everyone of them was great!! The ribeye was definitely the star of the show!! Lisa was our bartender and she did a great job as did whoever cooked our meals!
Other than our room being a bit too warm it was a great stay!!! Deigo definitely laid the ground work for this property, and Luis and Lisa both were great as well!! We will definitely stay here again!!!

I had a great stay at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Downtown! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location â but what really made my experience special was the amazing service at the bar.
Linnea, the bartender, was incredibly kind and friendly. She made everyone feel welcome with her positive energy and genuine smile. Itâs rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does!
Thanks, Linnea, for making my stay so enjoyable â youâre a big part of what makes this hotel such a great place to come back to!

I donât leave reviews on hotels but this was a terrible experience. Our first night our furnace did not work and the fan ran all night long and was loud. The faucet hot water did not come on when you turned the nozzle. The shower was extremely hot to the point you couldnât shower. No matter which way you turned the nozzle the water temp would not change. I went do and complained so they moved us to another room the second night. Again the furnace did not work. The toilet barely would flush and again the shower now did not have any hot water. So again unable to shower unless you wanted to take a cold shower. Once I checked out I again explained the situation to the lady up front. She said she would put one free night onto my Hilton honors account. I said ok thinking it would automatically be applied. I tried to utilize these points that same night ant a different hotel and was told it takes up to 30 days to get the points on your account. Absolutely disappointing! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not worth the money I spent to stay here.
