Good location, and easy to get to. It’s next to great restaurants, and a lot of stuff is walkable. Free parking which is a plus. Check in is at 3pm, when I attempted to check in at 4:30pm, they told me they didn’t have a room ready yet but never gave me a time frame for when it would be. I didn’t receive a key until 8pm, which I think is ridiculous. Even when I did receive the keys, they ended up not working. I’ve been an Honors member for years, and I’ve never experienced this at any other hotel. The hotel itself is a bit worn down and needing some updates. The pool area, specifically the hot tub, barely worked when I stayed over the weekend. The rooms are decent, but the beds aren’t the most comfortable

Our toilet had pee all over it. Called front desk and someone came to clean it, she still didn't get all the pee. I should have taken a picture before because the back part was YELLOW from the amount of pee. There was hair on our tub. The jacuzzi was disgusting. Part of it was greasy? And the jets had hair in them. Didn't even looked like they dusted or wiped down many of the surfaces. The tv would change channels randomly like every 5-10 minutes. They use down pillows and my husband is allergic, so called down to the front office asking for pillows without down. Waited an hour and had to call again. We went to celebrate my birthday and ended up leaving the same night we checked in. Wasted our money and time. I should have taken way more pictures....

The room needs some work, mostly cosmetic with chips in the paint on the walls and scuffed baseboards. Alarms from nearby rooms woke us up in the morning. We arrived late so didn't notice much noise from other rooms until the very early alarms next door. The beds were very uncomfortable. When we requested a late checkout, we were only granted a half hour, even willing to pay for later. (It was also a night during the week, not a holiday.) Not our greatest Hilton experience...

I came with a group. We reserved many rooms and commiserated in the morning about our experiences. Staff was generally positive but the facilities are atrocious. There was a microwave in the hallway, dirty tissue and some dried liquid under my bed. There is no room service "anymore". This is a tired, dare I say exhausted, hotel that doesn't reflect the DoubleTree brand at all. I would never stay here again. Conference facilities were equally poor. AV equipment didn't work reliably. Group food was "adequate". I survived but won't be back.

Location is great. Hotel is solid, not a grand Hilton but it’s 4 star to me. Breakfast is in the Restaurant! It’s hard to find, around the pool. On the left, in that restaurant is breakfast. I couldn’t find it til last minute lmao. Staff is cool peoples
