  Noisy with road construction past midnight. Paper thin walls . Could hear the next room in causal talk like they were in your room. Non smoking room reeked of pot smoke. Very slow on check in and checkout. I had to sleep with iPods listening to “night sounds” to cope with the noise all night long. Additionally the room was messy ie debris on rug.

  If I could put ZERO STARS I 100% would. My friend and I booked this airport parking because of the shuttle that comes with the parking. We arrived at 4:15 and got checked in. We had to SPRINT back to our car to put the parking slip in the windshield, it took us 3 minutes and when we got back to the main building BOTH the shuttles had left. They were scheduled to leave at 4:30am, there was only one man on one shuttle and the other was one completely empty. By 4:32am the shuttles had left. There was a group of 3 other people who were also left at the hotel. The woman working was on the phone with the shuttle drivers and she informed us that we would have to wait until 5:30 for the next shuttle. Both me and my friend as well as the other group of people had to order Uber and Lyfts. Customer service is a 0/10, workers were extremely rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend this hotel under ANY circumstances whatsoever. It would be much cheaper, more reliable, and easier to just book with another company. Save yourself the time, effort, and money.

  Stayed here while visiting family. Our first room smelled like marijuana and the entire 5th floor hall smelled like it. The smell permeated the room. The room was old and run down. The beds sank into the middle. When the hotel texted to see how we liked the room we asked for a room change due to the smell and they accommodated us graciously. The second room did not smell like marijuana but had cleanliness issues. Broken cracked toilet seat, filthy walls, mild in the shower grout. I’ll attach the pictures.

  I'm literally in the room right now and....GROSS. Nothing seems like it's been cleaned except the beds. Walls in the bathroom have stains and residue from toothpaste and other products. Beside the bed on the wall is stained. Someone put a plastic bag over the smoke alarm which I just removed. There is a piece of packing tape on the wall and a stain beside it. When I checked in, I asked where the best place to park for my room would be (it's a large, busy building). The guy looked at me funny and said, well parking is whatever is available. So I found a spot far away because it's busy tonight, and lugged my stuff around the whole outside of the building, through a fierce wind, and back through the lobby only to find that there actually ARE doors and elevators AT MY ROOM'S END OF THE BUILDING. Basically at the end where I parked. Add screaming kids and it's, ummm, really something. Your cookies don't make up for this nastiness.

  DID NOT FEEL SAFE IN THE HOTEL WHEN OUTSIDE OF OUR ROOM. The common areas of the lobby and the breakfast area strongly SMELL of BODY ORDER! There are homeless people in every area of this facility. People outside of the entrances smoking marijuana. There is no ambiance. This property is disgusting. We only stayed one night of the two booked. Utterly astonished that Doubletree could have such dissapointing property.
