Great hotel for Vikings games.
There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel. We didn't have a great experience with the game day buffet but in all fairness, the staff seemed overwhelmed. The food off the regular menu was great! We plan to return.

Amazing and beautiful property. Loved the place but I do have a couple gripes. First, the number of light switches and different fixtures all over the room was so confusing. Couldn't get them figured out all night. Way too many confusing controls that aren't labeled. But the WORST thing is the damn toilet seats. SQUARE toilet seats. At first I thought they looked cool which is probably what someone in charge thought when they saw when. But clearly never tried to use one. So incredibly uncomfortable it physically pained me to use it. My husband felt the same way. We are both average sized adults. Seriously those toilet seats are atrocious and should be replaced immediately

This Canopy location is a beautifully restored property with inviting common areas and a lively bar featuring live music on some nights. Parking is secure, clean, easy, and public event parking is not allowed.
Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was solid, and Chloe, the French restaurant in the same building (not owned by the hotel), offered good food, great service, and fair pricing. The neighbourhood is clean, walkable, full of dining options, and near a scenic, dog-friendly river walk. Mall of America is a short drive away and worth visiting for shopping and its indoor theme park (if you have kids and time to spend).
The room (522) was nice and comfortable but had some areas to be addressed. Furniture function and placement felt off, and the lighting had mixed warmth tones with overly complicated switches, detracting from the ambiance. The water was soft and the shower had good pressure. The HVAC settings were easy to use, actually performed as programmed, and allowed for various fan settings. The fan had a consitent sound level which was good if you like a fan for sleeping.
Overall, excellent location and amenities, but room design and lighting need improvement.
EDIT: after Hilton's reply to my original review - I'm not convinced their sentiments are genuine considering it was clearly an AI response. Oops.
