I would give zero star if I could. Extremely rude front desk, and the the whole space feels cold and unwelcoming- the rooms and hallways have this dark, cramped, almost prison-like vibe. I would not come back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful hotel but has anyone else encountered the smell of a cat litter box? It is so strong throughout the entire hotel.

The front desk at the Hilton Canopy is a masterclass in how to turn a luxury hotel stay into a soul-crushing ordeal. I arrived after a red-eye flight, looking forward to the “effortless” check-in they brag about online. Instead, I was greeted by a lone agent who seemed personally offended by my existence. No smile, no eye contact—just a robotic “Name?” barked like I was interrupting her TikTok scroll.
My reservation? Apparently vaporware. Despite having the confirmation email open on my phone, she insisted it “my payment wasn’t in the system” and spent 20 minutes clacking away while sighing louder than a punctured tire.
I stepped back took a breath and the agent accused me of being hostile. I sorely wish I had a camera to show their management just how awful this experience was.

I had an exceptional stay at Canopy Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the check-in experience set the tone for the whole visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the process smooth and welcoming. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home.
The bar scene at Canopy was outstanding. The bartenders are true artists—courteous, knowledgeable, and masters of their craft. They took the time to chat, recommend signature cocktails, and craft drinks that were both creative and perfectly balanced. It’s not just a bar; it’s a place where the atmosphere comes alive thanks to their energy and skill.
The rooms were spotless and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a busy day. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed linens and amenities were all in excellent condition. I slept soundly and woke up refreshed, ready to start the day anew.
Overall, Canopy Hotel exceeded my expectations with its friendly check-in, amazing bartenders, and pristine rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, stylish, and refreshing stay.

Surface level, it's a nice hotel but it isn't doesn't meet the standards of a luxury brand. It's like staying at a Garden Inn. It reminds me why I stick with Marriotts and Hyatts.
The walls are paper thin and you hear everything. From midnight to 2am I heard my neighbors sing, play loud music, and scream/yell. I contacted the front desk amd all "Greg" said their guests enjoy their time on the weekend at their hotel made it seem to be expected with their place. We'll they shouldn't be classified as a Canopy then.
Additionally as a footnote, they want to charge $40 for their pool and it isn't even connected
