Rooms were clean and had everything we needed, pool room and hot tub were amazing. All around a very nice place and we will be staying here when we’re in downtown Minneapolis!

We have had a handful of good stays here, but this last stay when we came back to our room late at night after a concert we couldn't get into our room. Somehow the battery? Or however the card scanner works, literally wouldn't work and we couldn't gain access into our room WHERE OUR BELONGINGS INCLUDING NEEDED MEDICATIONS WERE FOR 8 HOURS. The male worker overnight couldn't figure out what was wrong or how to get in the room all night and into the morning but he was at least being nice and polite and assured he would help as much as he could and put us in a different room so we at least had somewhere to go, but the women staff that came in the next morning were extremely rude and barely listened to our concerns/complaints and didn't care that we were upset at all. My friend who was with me even noticed one of the women rolling her eyes while I was asking to be put in contact with the manager. All they offered us was complimentary breakfasts, THATS IT. I am literally insulted and disgusted by the lack of care and communication throughout the entire process of this situation and how they had no sympathy for us. How would you feel if you literally couldn't change your clothes, take your medications, or have access to your car keys, nothing but what you have on you, and all they say is here's some free food and got annoyed with us for voicing our concerns.
