  Stefanie and Shelia made our stay a pleasant experience! Our room was clean, the staff in all areas friendly, and all the kids and adults had a great time during our stay. Thanks ladies for making it an experience worth repeating!

  If you are a parent that appreciates structure and order this is a wonderful waterpark hotel for your family. I was highly impressed with the staff in the water park ensuring kids don't run, don't go down slides until another gets off, don't push kids off the lilypads... They appreciate safety and they expect respect in the facility. Rules are posted on the website, on the door, by the park features. Lifeguards enforce them. I loved it. It was the most peaceful experience in a water park we ve ever had. I also made note this hotel is positively clean. They are consistently running around cleaning door handles, floors, ice makers, elevators, rooms, windows. The workers never stop. The rooms were clean and looked fairly new too. We were thrilled with the bunk bed nook we booked. We enjoyed a short drink at the bar and had some coffees at caribou. Both excellent experiences. The only downsides were wishing there would have been a Continental breakfast. We paid 35 for muffins, which was a bummer, though we did know there was no breakfast. The other downer was the screaming teenagers in the hall. With big tournaments in town like there was last night, the kids were running in the halls, shouting down the halls, slamming doors, yelling at each other. A security guard on each floor, or a floor walk every 30 minutes etc. Would have prevented the behavior. Other than that, the staff is incredible. They are kind. They work hard. They do all they can to accommodate and problem solve. They want your stay to be safe and enjoyable. I'd definitely stay again.

  Deb was the best part of the stay. She was attentive friendly and anticipatory of all of my needs in the conference room. I highly recommend a group stay at this hotel! PS Maisey at the front desk was spunky…

  The Driver Norgean was great wonderful attitude coupled with very good driving,also the ladies where breakfast is served were extremely nice and made it a very pleasant experience. In general it was the friendliest place I have ever stayed.

  Where to start, my kids had a blast in the water park, but being DAD.. Using a previous experience to present day… hmm most of the pool lights are burnt out, there was lights/light show inside of the slides but are burnt out .. the lights inside the slide, made you feel more in control and made the ride feel less dangerous… my boy brought goggles , complained the pool was cloudy.. some of the drains pool side were clogged Making that area super dangerous and slippery to walk through.. around the slide side of the deck lights are burnt out, and the lights by the little kids area on the ceiling and one of the pole lights was flickering and going on and off.. The paint on the stairway of the tower comes off on your feet and then washes off in the slide so the pool is full of paint.. Washed some off in the shower afterwards ,there used to be a coupon in the hotel room for free breakfast.. now the food venue doesn’t seem as family friend. Not the way it was.. The price gouging on the room during spring break. OUCH!! NO money or maintenance put back into the place…. Looks like the waterpark is your flagship money maker getting people in the door but very neglected… sad state of Condition, do better!! Associates could use some training on helping with guest experience.. being knowledgeable and helpful would be nice..
