  We booked a “kids suite” for my son’s birthday. At time of booking the website pictured the room having a large full kitchen (large counter top, full fridge, etc) and dining room table with 4 chairs. Upon arrival we were put in a small room with a 1’x1’ counter top, a mini fridge and a small table that you could hardly fit two people at. When I went to the front desk to address the issue I asked if we could be moved into the room we booked, the women working said the room that was pictured when we booked didn’t exist at their hotel at all. She also stated we weren’t the first people to complain about it. They did end up discounting our room slightly (20%) which I’m grateful for but at the end of the day it was completely false advertising and I’m still very disappointed. The room wasn’t even close to what was pictured. Photos for reference for what we booked vs what we were given. Even with the 20% discount we still ended up paying $309 for ONE night in a room we didn’t actually book.

  Great stay at this Holiday Inn. Ashma was very courteous and helpful! Room service was excellent. Front Desk Staff was great at supplying K-cups or whatever else was needed. Would recommend!

  Amazing stay!! Staff was wonderful and helpful. Everything was clean. The water park was awesome! All for a great price. Will definitely be back

  Our group of 30 had a great time here. The hotel staff & wait staff were so accommodating and patient with all of us. The big & little kids had a blast in the waterpark. The only thing I would do differently is to choose a day that is not during the holidays because there were so many people there.

  The hotel was mediocre as far as updates and stuff. Friendly staff and clean hotel. My only complaint has to do with the swimming. I typically go to the otsego waterpark with my kids but decided to try something new. It was for my boys birthday and 1. They DO NOT let anyone go swimming without booking a room, you only get 5 wristbands and that’s it! So I had to let all of my kids friends know that they couldn’t come. 2. The birthday boys were so excited for the big slide but they were too short.. which at otsego and even Becker community center & Monticello they could down their slides. They were BUMMED. Lastly, we had NO WHERE to sit in the waterpark. So for $200 it is NOT worth going here again, I swear the Otsego waterpark is where it’s at!
