- RGRita GarroboAug 23, 20241.0Bathtub dirty, my socks are filthy after walking on floor for 5 minutes. Bathroom door won’t close. They did not have the room i booked saying expedia over booked. So far not too pleased. No elevator … Still here because i’m exhausted. I’ve yet to try breakfast 😞 I have pictures will post on another site.
- LMLynn MonkFeb 26, 20235.0The staff was phenomenal. Both the night and morning staff were incredibly kind. The only exception was whom I assume was one of the housekeeping. She had a black smock on. I have a special needs child who is incredibly messy when he eats and I had come down to ask the receptionist for a vacuum. The receptionist was incredibly kind but again the house keeping lady apparently didn't understand why I wanted to clean my own child's mess up. And gave me the side eye. Beyond that it was an amazing stay for the weekend. The breakfast was amazing. So many options to choose from and delicious. Very quiet hotel. Thank you to the wonderful reception staff. Keep up the good work!!
