  I have recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Lakeville for work. All the employees I have interacted with when booking stays for myself and coworkers have been kind and helpful. Celeste and Tristan were both very helpful with booking a few more future stays!

  Check-in was quick and efficient. Front desk staff was very friendly. I stayed here for 2 nights. My room has pool walkout access which made it very convenient. If you paid for breakfast, you're given a $30 meal ticket for each night you're there. The hotel itself doesn't have it's own breakfast service. The hotel is connected to a bar restaurant that you go get your breakfast at. If you didn't choose paid breakfast, you just simply pay out of pocket when you eat at the restaurant, not a big deal. The location is far enough from the inner city that it's not busy, traffic wise. The pools consist of a hot tub, a toddlers pool and a kids pool. Why hot tubs are always busy, filled with lazy adults. The toddlers pool is a mini water park, with fountains, water sled and water spraying and pouring to keeps toddlers occupied. The kids pool is 3-3.5 feet deep. It has 2 basketball hoops and a water slide. Despite the pool rules, kids don't follow them and there's no staff enforcement. I think the pool water was too cold. Toddlers shivering with blue lips.. hmm. If you have a pool walkout access room, your room will be kind of damp for being right next to all that water. I can definitely feel the difference in humidity between the pool access room and the rooms across the hall without pool access. I think they try to insulate the walls and doors to the pool as much as they could but you can still hear all the pool commotion even with the doors closed. I can't rate the beds because it's a personal preference on feel. During my stay, my room didn't get cleaned. I thought they did daily cleaning, maybe not. I did see the cleaning crew and asked to replace all my towels. This stay was more for the kids to enjoy the pool. Would not mind to stay here again to take the kids to the pool.

  I spent the night here and the facility is perfect to get away, especially if you have kids. The pool area is big enough to not make it seem chaotic with a bunch of people. (Restaurant is a little pricey but good food) . I would like to give a shout out to Felicia. She was amazing, so engaged with all the guests the whole night and then had to work more. Definitely will return.

  Staff was attentive and anticipated my needs. Room was very clean and well stocked. Upgrade was a big plus. Pool and slides were well maintained and enjoyed by kids and grandkids. It is a great get-a-way or overnight stop.

  Traveling for work with my team, this hotel feels right at home every night! Rooms are clean, cozy & comfortable. Front desk staff are always kind & friendly. Attached restaurant Rudy’s Redeye Grill is a perfect way to relax after work with a cold one & excellent food. Superb staff as well! The pool area is outstanding. Felicia keeps the deck in tip top shape!! Our team enjoyed many evenings relaxing and visiting at one of the many comfortable tables in the commons area. Something for everyone!
